Member Portal - Notifications

You can choose an email address as the From address for portal notifications. By default, notifications are sent from notifications@portal.zohosites.com. You can also add your custom mail addresses in custom mail sender.

To modify the from address for portal notifications:


  1. Go to Roles & Permissions -> Member Portal.



  2. Select the Notifications tab.
  3. Choose the desired email address from the Portal Notification Mails drop-down.



  4. Click Save to apply the changes.
