今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から集計項目のアップデートをご紹介します。

Zoho CRMの集計項目は、データを手軽にまとめるための便利な機能です。

今回のアップデートにより、業界ごとのニーズに合わせたサマリーをより簡単にカスタマイズして作成できるようになりました。

1.本アップデート概要

 以下キャプチャでは、例として「見込み客」の項目の作成画面を開いています。

今回のアップデートで「独自の集計項目を作成する」と「標準の集計項目を選択する」のいずれかを任意で選択できるようになりました。


  • 独自の集計項目:関数や条件・項目を自由にカスタマイズして作成できます。

  • 標準の集計項目: プルダウンから、任意の集計項目を選ぶことができます。

 2.集計要件のカスタマイズについて 

新たに利用可能となった「独自の集計項目」を活用することで、ご要件に合わせたカスタマイズ項目を作成できます。
※本記事では、「見込み客」タブを使用し、「予定」タブのデータを紐付けて集計するケースを想定して記載しています。

下記のキャプチャのように、集計関連タブのプルダウンメニューから「予定」を選択してください。
さらに、関数のプルダウンメニューから任意の集計対象を選択できます。

 

 ここでは、集計対象として「最近」を選択し、より要件に適したデータを得るために「集計対象の絞り込み」を設定します。

以下では例として、「予定」タブ内のデータの中でも、作成日時とチェックイン日時が指定されたデータのみが紐づいて集計できるように設定します。


ここまでの手順で設定を進めると、以下のような設定画面になります。

  • 集計項目は、タスク、通話、予定、予約を除くすべてのタブで利用可能。

  • エンタープライズプランでは最大10個、アルティメットプランでは最大15個の集計項目の作成が可能。
