Hello everyone,
As part of our ongoing effort to improve user experience, we are excited about the accessibility controls and predefined accessibility personas added in the Help Center, similar to what is already available in Zoho Desk.
Help Center users come from diverse backgrounds, and some may have difficulties with auditory, visual, cognitive, or learning capabilities that affect the way they search for information. Not all websites and pages cater to individual user needs.
These new accessibility controls allow users to personalize their viewing experience and make the Help Center more inclusive.
The accessibility controls offered for help center users are:
Accessibility personas
The accessibility personas are created specifically for users with unique requirements. The personas such as ADHD, dyslexia, epilepsy, color blindness, and seizure are supported with preset accessibility preferences so that the users can instantly set up an environment that works best for them.
The display, font, color, theme, alignment, contrast, underline, reading tools, and others can be customized using the accessibility settings.

Multilingual captcha for the help center
Help Center offers multilingual support so customers can experience the UI in the language they are most comfortable with. However, unregistered users often find the captcha verification challenging, as it is available only in English.
To improve user experience, we are allowing multilingual support for both image-based and audio-based captchas.
Image captcha currently supports 52 languages and audio captcha currently supports 6 languages.
Both the features are now available for all users across data centers.
