Add Direct Ticket Link to Zoho Help Center Portal in Email Replies

Hi Zoho Support Team,
We hope you're doing well.

We’d like to request a small but valuable improvement to enhance the usability of the Zoho Help Center portal (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/myarea).

Currently, when someone from Zoho replies to a support ticket, we receive the response via email — which is great and very convenient.

However, when we want to respond, we often prefer to use the Zoho Help Center portal directly. At the moment, this involves manually copying the ticket number, going to the portal, searching for the ticket, and only then replying — which adds unnecessary steps.

Feature Request:
We request that Zoho includes a direct link to the relevant ticket in the email replies. Clicking the link should take us straight to the corresponding ticket page in the Help Center portal, making it much easier and faster to reply or follow up.

This small change would significantly improve the workflow and save time for users who manage their support interactions through the portal.
