After this, You may go to ZohoMail Control Panel > User Details > Add User section.

Invite users to your Organization
You may use their existing email address (provided mails can be received to that address) where a link from you is sent to them and upon confirmation they will be added to your Organization.
You can then go to ZohoMail, Control Panel > User Details > (select) User > (go to) Mail Accounts > Create a Mailbox for that invited user.

What to do when you add a user and they go to the Invitation list?
This happens when the user (email address) you are trying to add has already created an account in Zoho.
- If they have not created any Organization in ZohoMail then they can join your Organization.
- If they have created an Organization unintentionally, then they need to go to Control Panel > Dash Board > Delete the Organization from ZohoMail. After this, they can become part of your Organization.
