Adding Coloured Picklist Based On Email Body Text
Hey All,
So i am having this problem, Im currently trying to automate a coloured picklist so that when the body of an email contains a specific word it will assign one of my coloured picklist i have created automatically, But it appears this only works if i use the portal form. An agent has stated i will need custom code to get it working when sent from another email. Would anyone know how i could potentially do this, I havent coded in a long time so all knowledge in that sense has been lost unfortunantly.
