Answer Bot - Issues with language recognization

When a user enters the phrase "gift vouchers" into the chatbot as their first message, the bot responds in French, even though:

  • The default bot language is set to English

  • The user's browser language settings are set to English

  • All translate settings in Chrome are disabled and set to English only

  • The fallback/default language remains English

However, if the user first enters "Hello", the bot responds correctly in English, and subsequent messages (including "gift vouchers") are also handled in English.
