I’d like to be able to create a pop up that appears after a call has finished that allows me to select the Call Result. I'm using RingCentral.

I have seen from a previous, now locked, thread on Zoho Cares that this capability has been implemented, but I can't see how to enable it.

Can anyone guide me to the relevant place?
