Change Last Name to not required in Leads

I would like to upload 500 target companies as leads but I don't yet have contact people for them. Can you enable the option for me to turn this requirement off to need a Second Name?

Update (February 2026):

Our developers are working on more flexibility: choose First Name, Last Name, or both to match your preferences/regional needs (with at least one required for new records). This impacts many CRM areas, so it's complex. We'll update here once development kicks off after reviewing all use cases.
