¡Hola a todos en la Español Zoho Community! 

¡Empezamos el cierre de la primera mitad de 2024 con un gran impulso! Mayo ha sido un mes de grandes encuentros y aprendizajes:

Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a algunos de vosotros en persona en el Workshop CX en Madrid, donde compartimos experiencias y estrategias para mejorar la experiencia del cliente. En las próximas semanas, estaremos en los Meetups Gratuitos para Usuarios de Zoho CRM, donde profundizaremos en las funcionalidades de la herramienta y resolveremos vuestras dudas. Además, hemos visto con satisfacción cómo muchas de vuestras consultas se han resuelto en el foro de la comunidad, tanto por nuestros expertos como por otros usuarios.

Para aprovechar al máximo este impulso, queremos compartir algunos de los consejos más destacados que han surgido en las últimas semanas:
  1. Zoho Projects & Zoho People: configurar una mejor sincronización entre ambas apps. 
  2. Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk: usar un mismo número de teléfono en ambas apps.

Zoho Projects & Zoho People: configurar una mejor sincronización entre ambas apps

En este subforo, vemos el caso de un usuario que está configurando Zoho Projects con Zoho People y quiere crear un nuevo perfil de Project Manager con acceso a la opción de sincronización, ya que necesitan que esta ocurra con más frecuencia. Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk: usar un mismo número de teléfono en ambas apps

Zoho CRM: editar un sub-formulario creado por el sistema en el módulo Facturas

En otro subforo, vemos qué ocurre si utilizas el módulo de Factura de Zoho CRM y no deseas usar el sub-formulario de "Artículos Facturados", por lo que nuestro Zoho Experto nos explica aquí como editar un sub-formulario creado por el sistema, y así no tener crear un nuevo diseño.

Zoho Sheet: ayuda con las listas dinámicas

Este caso es un poco distinto, ya que este usuario se nos adelanta a la hora de resolver su duda y amablemente comparte este estupendo truco con todos vosotros.  Empieza por intentar hacer una lista dinámica dependiendo de un campo de escritura, y requiere que al escribir en ese campo se actualice una lista, y hacer un filtro de búsqueda en C1 sobre la lista que ya tiene. ¡No te lo pierdas!
