¡Hola, miembros de Español Zoho Community!

Acabamos de dejar un mes de junio que nos ha traído muchas novedades, nuevo contenido, y nuevas consultas por vuestra parte. Hoy voy a intentar reunirlas en este post, donde no sólo mencionaremos novedades dentro de la comunidad, si no también alrededor de Zoho. ¡Así que estad atentos! Este ha sido el mes de junio de 2020 en Zoho y en Español Zoho Community:

En el apartado de anuncios, tenemos dos buenas noticias en torno a nuestros productos. Por una parte, la última versión de nuestro Zoho CRM trae nuevas características que te harán establecer mejores relaciones con tus clientes. Podéis ver el listado completo de características aquí. Pronto hablaremos en detalle sobre ellas, no os perdáis los anuncios en la comunidad para saber cómo.
Por otra parte, también anunciamos que el periodo gratuito de Zoho Remotely se extiende al 1 de septiembre de 2020, por lo que podréis seguir usándolo de forma gratuita durante los próximos meses. ¿Cómo? Te dejo algunos consejos aquí.
Por parte de Español Zoho Community, anunciamos la llegada de dos nuevos productos a nuestra serie de Tips and Tricks, Zoho Projects y Zoho Campaigns. Durante los próximos meses tendremos nuevo contenido sobre estas dos herramientas tan conocidas en el mundo de Zoho.

En el subforo de Zoho CRM y Zoho CRM Plus, hemos respondido consultas sobre cómo facturar en dos pagos y cómo automatizar el pago de facturas recurrentes utilizando Zoho. También se ha planteado la cuestión de cómo validar campos en la conversión de cliente potencial a cuenta

Por supuesto, también hemos tenido nuestros últimos Tips and Tricks para CRM: cómo utilizar Zia para evitar tener llamadas y correos sin responder, cómo asignar campos de dependencia en Zoho CRM, y también hablamos sobre los Blueprints en Zoho CRM y sus transiciones

En el subforo de Zoho One nos habéis traído una idea sobre las etiquetas de WorkDrive. Además, también hemos estrenado aquí el primer Tips and Tricks para Zoho Projects, con algunos consejos rápidos para organizar mejor tus proyectos mediante el uso de tareas.

Por último, en el subforo de Todos los Productos nos ha llegado una consulta sobre la creación de campos para NIF y CIF en los formularios de registro de Zoho Commerce.
