CRM Sync Issues in Zoho Showtime

Hi there,

1. The predefined registration fields are not getting sync with the contact module of CRM. However the predefined registration fields are getting sync with Lead module. Especially City and Country. As I have been using these fields, they are not getting sync. Is there anyway to get this rectified?

2. While syncing Showtime is missing to sync the sessions to few of the contacts. Any reason behind this?

3. If the Showtime session is tagged to the lead, and when I convert that lead into the contact, it is not tagging the Zoho Showtime Session unlike other modules like Chats, Emails, etc. This is a major disadvantage and making us do a lot of manual work.

4. There is no undo feature so that we can clean-up the mess which Showtime is creating into the CRM.

5. There should be Lead Score principle attached to showtime as it will be a good insight for sale.

6. The Lead Source field should be enabled so that we know which marketing efforts are giving out best ROI.
