DYK 2 - Filter Columns in List View

Did You Know you could filter columns across lists in Zoho Projects ?

This allows you to quickly narrow down large datasets without navigating to the filter panel from time to time, making it easier to focus on what matters right from where you are working.

For instance, when reviewing issues, a user may need to identify critical issues that require immediate attention. In such cases, applying filters at a column-level is sufficient to bring up relevant data.

In such straightforward cases, navigating to the filter panel and searching for the right column can add extra steps, especially when you’re trying to refine data from your current view.

To simplify this, you can right click on any column header in the list view select Apply Filter for that field instantly. This works across default and custom modules without navigating to the filter panel each time.
