L'analyse CRM avancée, basée sur Zoho Analytics, vous aide à analyser les données CRM et à créer des rapports et des tableaux de bord de business intelligence. Cette intégration permet aux équipes des ventes et du marketing de découper les données afin de prendre de meilleures décisions commerciales. 

En quoi le service d'analyse avancée de Zoho CRM apporte-t-il des informations plus approfondies aux rapports intégrés dans Zoho CRM ?

  • Il offre plus de 25 types de graphiques, ainsi que des vues en pivot, en résumé et en tableau.
  • Les utilisateurs peuvent créer des tableaux de bord afin de disposer de tous les rapports sur une seule page.
  • Permet de créer des widgets KPI pour suivre et évaluer les indicateurs clés de performance. Support de 6 types de widgets à chiffres simples et de 2 types de widgets à graphiques.
  • Tous les modules de Zoho CRM sont reliés par défaut par une connexion de type "lookup". Il est possible de créer des rapports en utilisant les colonnes d'un nombre illimité à travers tous les modules.

Bon à savoir

  • Vous pouvez tirer les données CRM à partir des modules "Prospects, Contacts, Comptes, Affaires, Cas, Utilisateurs, Modules personnalisés". Vous pouvez également utiliser tous les sous-formulaires et notes des modules mentionnés ci-dessus. 
  • Vous pouvez synchroniser jusqu'à 95 champs dans chaque module.
  • Dans Zoho Analytics, les modules pour lesquels des notes sont définies génèrent deux rapports : l'un basé sur les notes et l'autre avec tous les autres champs configurés.
  • Les utilisateurs de Zoho CRM ayant un profil d'administrateur ont la permission d'associer leur compte CRM à Zoho Analytics.
  • Vous ne pouvez associer qu'un seul compte Zoho Analytics à Zoho CRM.
  • Tout utilisateur ayant le profil d'administrateur peut désactiver l'analytique CRM avancée.
  • La désactivation du compte Zoho Analytics supprimera également les données, les rapports et les tableaux de bord de Zoho Analytics.
  • Il faut s'assurer de souscrire au plan payant de Zoho Analytics, uniquement à partir du compte de l'administrateur qui va configurer cette intégration.

Configurer l'intégration Zoho Analytics

  • Se connecter à Zoho CRM >> Paramètres >> Marketplace >> Zoho >> Analyses avancées pour Zoho CRM.
  • A partir de la page de configuration.
    • Sélectionnez les modules et les champs correspondants.
    • Choisissez l'option de synchronisation depuis la liste déroulante et précisez l'heure.
    • Vous recevrez un e-mail une fois que l'intégration est active.


 Bon à savoir

  • Toutes les modifications apportées aux enregistrements dans Zoho CRM seront automatiquement synchronisées avec Zoho Analytics à l'heure de synchronisation prévue.
  • Si votre compte Zoho Analytics est de l'édition standard ou supérieure, vous pouvez choisir parmi les différentes options de synchronisation disponibles.
  • Pour l'édition de base de Zoho Analytics, seules les options de synchronisation quotidienne et manuelle sont disponibles.

Créer des rapports

Une fois l'analyse CRM avancée est configurée, vous avez accès à plus de 70 types de rapports et tableaux de bord prêts à l'emploi. En outre, vous pouvez également créer des rapports selon vos besoins, en utilisant l'éditeur de rapports par glisser-déposer de Zoho Analytics.

Afficher les rapports et les tableaux de bord

Pour accéder aux rapports,
  • Passez par l'onglet "Rapports" dans Zoho CRM >> Analyses avancées pour Zoho CRM.


Partager les rapports Zoho Analytics

Les rapports et tableaux de bord créés dans Zoho Analytics, avec les données CRM, ne seront accessibles qu'à l'administrateur qui a configuré ce module complémentaire. Vous pouvez toutefois partager les rapports avec d'autres utilisateurs de Zoho CRM (y compris d'autres administrateurs CRM).

Désactiver l'analyse CRM avancée

En tant qu'administrateur, sachez que :
  • Lors de la désactivation d'analyse avancée de Zoho CRM, toutes les données, rapports et tableaux de bord créés dans votre compte Zoho Analytics seront supprimés.
  • Le compte Zoho Analytics ne sera pas automatiquement transféré au plan gratuit. En cas de besoin, vous pouvez le transférer vers le plan correspondant à votre besoin.
