Error Code 1001 ?

Error Code 1001 ?

I am trying to create a campaign with a new template I created, but I keep getting this message: 
We're sorry, but this looks like an error from our side. Please refresh your browser and try again in sometime.
If the problem still persists, contact us at support@zohocampaigns.com. Do mention the error code as 1001 in your email. It will help us to solve this problem faste
I  tried to create it yesterday, and it didnt work. So I waited until this morning and I am still getting the same error. Anyone know the issue and what I need to do?
