Full Email Whitelabeling for Zoho Assist Emails

Full Email Whitelabeling for Zoho Assist Emails

Dear Zoho Assist Team,

We appreciate the ability to customize Zoho Assist emails, including adding our own content to the email body. However, we have encountered a limitation that prevents full white-labeling of these emails.

Currently, while we can modify the email content, the header and footer still contain Zoho branding. This creates inconsistency in our customer communication, especially as we use the Zoho Desk – Zoho Assist integration to send these emails.

Feature Request
We would like the option to completely remove Zoho branding from Zoho Assist emails, allowing us to fully customize them to match our brand—just like we can with email templates in Zoho Desk.

Benefits of This Feature
Consistent Branding: Ensures uniformity across all customer communications.
Professional Appearance: Removes external branding for a more polished and branded customer experience.
Better Customer Trust: Customers receiving support emails will recognize them as coming directly from our company, not from a third party.
We believe this enhancement would significantly improve the experience for businesses that integrate Zoho Assist with Zoho Desk and rely on a fully branded customer support workflow.

Thank you for considering our request. We appreciate your ongoing improvements to Zoho Assist.

Best regards,
Ram
