Graceful Handling of Exceeded Option Limits

Hi Zoho SalesIQ team.
I would like to submit a feature request to deal with a bug in salesIQ

Current Behavior (Bug):

When a dynamic list passed to the Single Select Option Card contains more than 20 options, the Zobot stops responding (freezes/hangs) entirely.

Expected Behavior (Feature Request):

The bot should be designed to handle and process any size list without freezing. When the list size exceeds the supported maximum, the bot should automatically and gracefully truncate the list to the respective limit instead of failing.
  • On Web (max 20): If the dynamic list returns >20 options, the bot should automatically truncate the list to the first 20 options and display the card successfully.

    This should work the same way as it is
    in WhatsApp now that can hold up to 10 options and If the dynamic list returns >10 options, the bot automatically truncate the list to the first 10 options and display the card successfully.
This is critical to ensuring a stable and reliable user experience, even when the backend returns a larger-than-expected result set.

In any case the bot should not be freezes/hangs entirely.
