Introducing Bigin's all new integration with Microsoft Teams

Picture this: You are on call with your team to discuss some important deals that need to be closed soon. While discussing each deal, your team has to switch back and forth between your Teams account and Bigin account to refer to details about the deal. To ease this process, we have introduced the Bigin x Microsoft Teams integration.

With this integration, your team can access and manage their Bigin pipelines from their Teams workspace itself. And, you can also search for a record in Bigin from the chat section of Teams and share it with the other members.

Here are some actions you can perform within Teams,

Create new record in the pipeline
Edit existing records in the pipeline
Switch between different pipelines
Drag and drop records to change the record stage
View open activities and more.
