For many small businesses, sharing products and collecting customer interest often involves multiple tools, manual follow-ups, or even building a full ecommerce website. To address this challenge, we're excited to introduce Product Catalog, a new capability in Bigin that helps you showcase your products and capture customer inquiries and orders effortlessly.

The Product Catalog enables you to create and share a centralized catalog of your products as a public website. It acts as a simple online storefront where customers can browse your products, view detailed information, and submit inquiries or place orders directly.

The Product Catalog simplifies this process by enabling you to:

Let's say you're an electronics retailer, and you use the Product Catalog to showcase a curated set of products—such as laptops, smartphones, and accessories—by creating a catalog from existing product views and sharing the public link. This allows your customers to browse products, view detailed specifications, and submit inquiries or place orders directly.

Each inquiry or order is automatically captured as a new record in Bigin's pipelines, which helps your sales team track customer interest and follow up efficiently.

You can enable the Product Catalog by clicking on the Try Catalog link.

Once enabled, you can choose which products to include in the catalog and configure the product details to be displayed on the catalog page.

Additionally, you can set up inquiry forms to collect necessary customer data and enable payment if required.
