Introducing Do Not Disturb (DND) status in Cliq

Annoyed at the sight of work notifications on a weekend? Tired of being bombarded with notifications while you are working on a critical issue? Cliq introduces DND to your rescue. Enabling DND in Cliq will block all your Cliq notifications, pop ups and sounds.


                                                      

Here are two major advantages in Cliq DND status that you need to know:
  • Enabling DND will keep you focused on critical tasks of priority that your currently engaged in.
  • Cliq offers options to schedule Quiet Hours / Quiet Days to help you unplug from your office work.
Especially while working remotely, DND is one feature that you may want to consider to help you to both plug and unplug from work. You can update DND status swiftly via Remote work view or update it via the status menu that appears when you click on your Cliq profile picture.



When you set DND as your status, you also have options to set a custom message to let your co-workers know about your current priority of engagement, for example: "In client meeting. Please contact the service desk for immediate support" or "Not available on weekends" This way you will be able able to notify everyone with necessary information.     • No longer get Cliq notifications on phone if app not started

      On Android, I used to get notifications on my phone whether I was in the app, or it was started. Then about a month ago, I stopped seeing notifications on my phone UNLESS I had already started the app. So if I reboot my phone, and never start the app,
