Minor enhancement in sending surveys via Zoho CRM

We are here with a quick update on Zoho Survey-CRM integration. Let's get into the details!

Survey is a great channel to obtain information from your prospects and customers in one go. Business activities like lead qualification, requirement gathering, feedback solicitation and so on, rely on surveys to collect and collate structured responses. That is why Zoho CRM allows seamless distribution of survey templates right from an individual record.

What's the enhancement?

Thus far when you send a survey from a record, the Send Survey popup will list down all the surveys you have created, making it difficult to look for the right one and send.

Now, we have categorized the surveys based on departments for ease of selection.

This categorization applies even to the Take survey option in your record.

That's about the update. We have opened this feature to all users in all DCs.
