Multiple Trash, Sent folders

Multiple Trash, Sent folders

I've just imported one users e-mails and I've noticed that they have multiple folders of the same or similar name in their inbox. For example, Deleted Items & Trash, Sent and Sent-Items etc. They also appear to have two Drafts folders.

They also have e-mails in each of these folders but they aren't duplicates. I gather that they accessed their previous mailbox from 2 or 3 different IMAP clients, laptop, iPhone and iPad and I suspect it is these that have created the additional folders.

What I want to do is to remove all the duplicates and ensure they use the same folders on all their devices but I can't work out how to specify which folders Zoho should use and then how to configure each device to use those same folders. For example if I delete the Sent-Items folder, how do I set Zoho to use the Sent folder and how do I set each device to use that folder for sent e-mails?
