Option to Empty Entire Mailbox or Folder in Zoho Mail

We would like to request an enhancement to Zoho Mail that would allow administrators and users to quickly clear out entire folders or mailboxes, including shared mailboxes.

Current Limitation:
At present, Zoho Mail only allows selecting a maximum of 50 emails at once, or after scrolling multiple times, up to 300 emails. Deleting thousands of messages requires repeated scrolling and batch selection, which is time-consuming and cumbersome. This is particularly challenging when managing shared mailboxes or folders with very large volumes of mail.

Feature Request:

  • Add an “Empty Folder” or “Empty Mailbox” button, similar to the existing "Empty Trash" feature.

  • This option should be available for:

    • Any folder in a user’s mailbox.

    • Entire mailboxes (including aliases and primary).

    • Shared mailboxes.

  • Alternatively (or in addition), add a “Select All” option that truly selects all messages in a folder at once, not just the visible 50–300.

Use Case:

  • Quickly clearing test mailboxes or bulk/junk-heavy folders.

  • Resetting shared mailboxes for re-use.

  • Improving efficiency for admins managing large volumes of data.

This feature would save a significant amount of time and reduce manual effort when cleaning up mailboxes.
