Understanding and avoiding fake support
Just like using popular bank names and financial applications for phishing purposes, using Zoho and claiming to be providing support for Zoho services with false contact numbers and fake pages is also on the rise.
We have noticed that there are a lot of random sites, social media pages, and videos claiming to be Zoho Support. The numbers and pages are fake, and they may misuse or steal personal or important information from you. We do take necessary actions by reporting them to the appropriate authorities. However, we thought of sharing a word of caution to you all.
We request you not to be misled by these third party sites claiming to be Zoho Support/Service. These are unauthorized pages/videos and have wrong information.
