Support does not want to unblock the email

Support does not want to unblock the email

Hello,

Faced with the problem that I do not use any third party services and newsletters, and my mail does not allow me to send even one letter!!!
When I want to send a letter, my mail is blocked for high activity. I unblock after an hour, go to the mail and it is blocked again by itself.
Support responds with patterns and doesn't want to help us.
Logical question - what are we paying money for?
When will I finally be able to send at least one email?
