Unveiling the SalesIQ Desktop Apps! Now available for Mac & Windows

Hello SalesIQ users!

We are happy to reveal the official launch of the SalesIQ Desktop apps to the App Store on Mac as well as the Microsoft store on Windows! Yes, these apps are now available for you to download right from the stores on Mac and Windows, delivering the SalesIQ experience right to your desktop.


What's new?

Previously, users had the option to download the desktop app files directly from the SalesIQ website, the DMG file for Mac and EXE file for Windows to install and use. Now, we've made it even more convenient by listing them in the Mac and Microsoft stores for for users to access and install the app from their preferred stores.

Spotlight features of the SalesIQ Desktop app 

  • Auto-launch on device startup: You can set the SalesIQ app to launch automatically when your device starts up, ensuring you're always ready to connect and engage.

  • Actionable notifications: Receive notifications that allow you to take action without even opening the app. Operators can readily accept or ignore chats and calls by hovering over notifications on the desktop.

  • Access options right from Dock/Tray: Customize your sound settings, update your status, and view active or missed chats directly from your Mac's dock/ Window's tray.

  • Perfect sync across platforms: Enjoy a seamless experience as you transition between devices, as any changes made on the web or mobile app are instantly reflected in the desktop app, allowing you to stay in sync effortlessly.
  • Elevated convenience with "Hide when Close" option: The handy "Hide when Close" option prevents the need to restart the app every time it's closed, thus saving time. Check this option to hide the app and keep it running in the background, so that you stay informed on any and all notifications as they come in.

Plan upgrades and purchases on App

For the Mac app plan upgrades, we have enabled In-App purchases that will allow users to make payments with in the Mac App Store. And for the Windows plan upgrades, users will be redirected to the Zoho store for app purchases. Please check our help guide for detailed steps.
