The SalesIQ Desktop apps are available on the App Store on Mac as well as the Microsoft store on Windows. These can be downloaded from the respective stores to get the the SalesIQ experience right to your desktop.
Mac
Downloading the SalesIQ app from Mac App Store
Launch the Mac App Store on your Mac. You can find it in your Applications folder or by using Spotlight Search.
In the App Store's search bar, type "SalesIQ".
Click on the 'Get' button of the Zoho SalesIQ - Live Chat App in the search results to open the app's details page.
- Allow some time for the app to download and install on your Mac. Once it's installed the SalesIQ app will automatically open. If not, find the SalesIQ app on your launchpad to launch the app.
Plan Upgrades in App for Mac
For the Mac Plan upgrades and purchases, we have enabled In-App purchases that will allow the user to make payments with in the Mac App Store. To upgrade your plan for SalesIQ on the Mac app,
- From the SalesIQ Mac App dashboard, click on the user icon at the top right.
- Click on the Purchase/Upgrade button.
- Choose the required edition from the list and click on Continue.
- Choose the number of users and select payment occurrence - monthly or yearly as necessary.
- Once the plan is chosen, a Sign-in prompt will be displayed. Log in with your Apple ID and password and click on Buy.
- Confirm your subscription details and click on Continue.
- Next, follow the Mac App Store steps to make payment for the purchase. Once the payment is done, the plan change pop up will be displayed on the app. Click on 'Reload' to get the upgraded version.
Windows
Downloading the SalesIQ app from Microsoft App Store
- On your Windows system, open the Microsoft Store. You can find it in the Start menu or by searching in the taskbar.
- In the Microsoft Store's search bar, type "SalesIQ". Look for the SalesIQ app in the search results. Click on the SalesIQ app icon in the search results to open the app's details page.
- Click on the "Install" button to initiate the download process.
- Once the installation is complete, SalesIQ app will open automatically. If not, open SalesIQ from the shortcut on the desktop screen.
Plan Upgrades in App for Windows
For the Windows plan upgrades and purchases, users will be redirected to the Zoho store for app purchases.
- From the SalesIQ App dashboard, click on the user icon at the top right.
- Click on the Purchase/Upgrade button.
- This will redirect to a tab on your default browser opening to the Zoho store where the purchase can be made. Choose the plan required from the available ones.
- Add the required number of users and necessary add-ons and then click on Continue.
- Provide your billing address and payment details to make the payment for your purchase. Once the payment is made, you will get a success message.
- When clicking on 'Go to Zoho SalesIQ' this will redirect to the Zoho SalesIQ app with a pop up about the plan upgrade. Click on 'Reload' to get the upgraded version.
