Updating an existing record through an email template link click

Hi, I want to start sending emails through Workflows that I have in Zoho CRM

Now the emails are sent via email template

And there is an option to create a click button that can transfer me to all kinds of systems within Zoho

For example -

1. Zoho Survey

2. Zoho Forms

I wanted to ask, whether through the email template

There is some possibility that if the button is clicked it will be able to create a task for the same lead that receives the email

Task in the Zoho CRM system?

For the purpose of the example - the wording of the button says that if he clicks, he requests that a study advisor return to him to give advice and guidance

After clicking

I want it to open to that relevant study advisor Task when the button is pressed by the lead
