What is the best way to reach customer support?

I am a new customer, just set up an account with 48 subscription for my company yesterday. Sent two emails for two different problems to support and over 24 hours later, no reply. Not even a confirmation email that a ticket has been created. This is way too slow for a business support. Is there a better way to reach the support team?

The problem I am have is:
  1.  I can't add a user because of the following error: The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance." - I did, no response. 
  2. I can't verify DKIM even though I'm pretty sure I have set it up correctly. Sent an email to support@zohomail.com as per FAQ or instructions on your site. No response either.
I need these issues taken care before Monday so the migration process can be smooth. This one user is already not receiving email because we can't add her.
