What's New—December 2022

Hello everyone,
 
As we head into the new year, here are the latest updates from December 2022.
 
  • Reminder emails can be scheduled from the Reminders tab to inform participants about upcoming activities for your event or prompt them about something they should be aware of before the event begins. To access this tab, go to the Manage Dashboard and click the Emails tab, then the Scheduled emails tab.
  • All gallery images can now be viewed and managed in the Event gallery tab inside the Content Library in Backstage.
  • Apart from the download option for single images in the event gallery, you can now use the bulk download option in the Event gallery tab to save the entire gallery onto your local system or device quickly. This can also be done from the Gallery tab in the Design tab within the Microsite Builder.
  • Images in the gallery can be shared online or on social media. You can use either the image's URL, which can be copied from the share icon menu, or share it directly to sites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This can be done in Backstage from the Event gallery tab in the Content Library. This option is also available for microsite users when they view an image on the Gallery tab and also for any gallery widget you add as custom sections in the microsite.
  • Leads can be sorted using the filter provided on top of the Leads tab in the Manage Booth page for exhibitors.
