why does it says "Account is not active" when I came back after an 1 hour of using it?

why does it says "Account is not active" when I came back after an 1 hour of using it?

My account says it's inactive when I have been using it every single day. I just took an hour break then when I came back it says "Account is not Active" how did that happen? How can I reactivate my account? I am not doing any illegal stuff in that account that's why I don't understand. There are important emails that I need to follow up from that account. Can someone help me retrieve it please? I have already emailed to zoho support team but up to now I still haven't gotten a reply.

Please help me ASAP.
