Zoho CRM - Le champ "Raison de la perte" du module "Affaires" est désormais disponible

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que nous avons mis à jour le champ "Raison de la perte", qui est désormais disponible en tant que champ de liste déroulante.

 

Actuellement dans Zoho CRM, lorsqu'une affaire est perdue, la raison de la perte peut être indiquée sous forme de note et être ajoutée à l'affaire en tant que "Remarques".

 

Cependant, puisque la raison de la perte est enregistrée en tant que "Remarques", elle ne peut pas être visualisée en liste ou être affichée dans les filtres. De ce fait, la raison précise de la perte n'est pas indiquée et risque de passer inaperçue.






Pour résoudre cette situation, les utilisateurs peuvent maintenant indiquer une raison spécifique pour la perte de l'affaire, plutôt que de simplement ajouter des notes dans la rubrique "Remarques". Cela aidera vos équipes à mieux comprendre la raison de la perte, et à apporter des mesures correctives.



Affichage en fonction des étapes de l'Affaire :

 

La visibilité du champ "Raison de la perte" dépend du champ "Stade". La raison de la perte ne sera affichée que si certaines étapes de la vente entrent dans la catégorie "Fermé perdu" dans le mappage.

 

Vous pouvez personnaliser les étapes et le mappage en fonction de vos besoins.





Propriétés du champ "Raison de la perte" :

 

Le champ fournit des options prédéfinies qui peuvent être personnalisées en fonction des besoins de votre entreprise. Vous pouvez ajouter de nouveaux champs, modifier les champs existants ou les supprimer. 





Pour les contacts existants : Le champ de la liste déroulante sera accessible dans la section "Champs inutilisés" du module des "Affaires". Les utilisateurs peuvent les ajouter manuellement à la mise en page pour remplacer le champ descriptif "Motif de la perte". Si l'utilisateur continue à utiliser la mise en page sans apporter de modifications, le champ descriptif existant sera supprimé automatiquement d'ici le 2 décembre 2022.






Pour les nouveaux contacts : Le champ sera présent par défaut dans la mise en page et le champ de description sera supprimé.

 


PS :

 

  • Si vous utilisez déjà un champ personnalisé créé pour gérer la raison de la perte, cette nouvelle fonctionnalité n'entrera pas en conflit avec le champ existant. Elle sera présente dans la section non utilisée.
  • Les transactions perdues, pour lesquelles la raison de la perte a été précédemment notée dans "Remarques", continueront à être présentes dans la section.
