Zoho DataPrep doesn't import external data with DataBridge

In a new project we want to import data to CRM through DataPrep.

for 25 days the system has worked. After some changes we have not been able to successfully import the data again.

When we launch the import activity, no complaint from DataPrep (previously if it could not find Databridge an alert appeared, so it must detect it as active).

As we have tried several times we have 5 active attempts to import data still running but not being able to finish any of them.

I'm unable to cancel those active attempts, and I just keep adding every time I try again.
