Afternoon! Is it, or will it be possible to report on Requests for which the Initial Response has failed? Similar to the Overdue Request flag?

I am trying to create a report that shows how many tickets were still open at the end of each month. I have created the formula within excel and I am trying to move it into Zoho Reports. I have been able to create this 2 different ways. (Number of Open tickets - Number of closed ticket) + Previous months calculations. I can do this with moving calculation and get the results i need but once i lose the previous point it throws of all calculations.

How to chart Incidents over time
I'm trying to build some simple reports for my SDP implmeentaton. I would like to be able to report some metrics over time but there doesn't seem to be an option to just plot the date along one axis. Am I missing something? I've struggled with this for some time with SDP's native reporting and was hoping that Zoho Reports would help, but so far it's just prettier.
Duplicating values
I am facing problems regarding refetching or scheduling data import. Always is duplicating values for every importation... Why does it happen? How to solve it? Exempt widget from user filter?
I have a dashboard that reports on an internal "kudos" our staff give to one another. I want to be able to filter by month and quarter, but I have two widgets that show the total all-time dollar value and the total all-time count of awards given. Is there a way to exempt these two widgets from the user filter so that if you're filtering just to look at Q3, the "all-time" numbers remain the same? They can't just be fixed text values, of course, because they will continue to grow over time.

Hi I've added user filters to my reports but search buttons that appear when I click on those filter columns are not working. As soon as I move the cursor to the search box, the search icon gives way to a 'x' mark and when I type what I would like to look for, just nothing seems to happen. Some Account Names not syncing from Zoho CRM to Zoho Reports
Out of about 1200 accounts in my CRM, there are maybe a dozen account names that do not seem to sync to Zoho Reports. I can't figure out what these names might have in common that is causing them not to sync. A couple are just three letters, and a some are more than 30 or 40 characters. But I also have some three-letter accounts that DO sync over and longer names that do sync over. Data from the unsynced account names DOES come over, but it just shows as "No Value" in my reports. Very frustrating.
Cannot get export permissions
Hi I have just started using Zoho, and am unable to export report data. I am the Administrator so according to the online help should have access to all permission options on the Standard service. I work on my own, but still need to produce reports. Please help!
Zoho Reports importErrors - ERROR: Invalid Date value
I am having problems importing Date data via the API. Initially, my table had one Date column (called `date_of_birth`) and the data imported fine. However, I have just added a second Date column (called `datetime_registered`) to the table and when I try importing data, I get the following error... Addition treated as concatenation?
I see some very old posts in the forums about this problem, but I can't seem to find a way to solve it. I'm simply trying to add two fields together--a price field and a discount field, both numbers, not strings--in a query table, and Reports is treating it as a concatenation rather than an addition. Is this still a glitch of some kind?
Subtotals in pivot tables
Dear, I have a pivot table where in the same column there are Expenses and Income. Everything is showing fine, and the Grand Total is correct. My question would be: Is it possible to show subtotals for a group of rows, not for each of them, and then have the grand total also. "Ignore" Notes?
Hi All, I'm trying to produce a report that shows all child accounts under their respective parent account. I pretty much have it built, but in the "Account Name" column it's showing X blank cells under the name of each account, where X is the number of notes on the account. For example, the account name is displayed as "Bob's Building Suppy (27)" if there are 27 notes in that account, and then there are 27 blank cells under the account name in that column. Is there a way to "ignore" the notes altogether

Hello, My company is located in France, licence baught through US internet I can't extract the amount opportunities file from zoho to excel because the column are text instead of value which means I can't do dynamic excel analysis. How to integrate Zoho Report in Sharepoint 2010?

Calculate To First Day Of Month
Good Morning, I need a date column for a summary report in order to create relative date filter (previous month). My date column has all sorts of dates/times in the Date Column and I need it to be grouped and aggregated to the first day of the month to make this work. Functions available in Zoho do not work the same as TSQL expressions and where I would normally have an easy time of calculating the first day of the month, I can only work out adding a day to the last day of the previous month,

Report configuration archiving old information
On my pipeline stage report, I do not need to see "lost to competition" on the report indefinitely. Is there a way to archive this satge so it is not included in my report & dash boards? Same goes for won deals. Sales reps do not need to necessarilty see if once since it is no longer an active deal they are working. Thanks!

Removing row in database using the upload script
Hi there - we are running an automatic script from Filemaker to update the Zoho database with our data every 5 minutes...right now I am using the UPDATEADD flag so that I am not uploading duplicate rows and set the ZOHO_MATCHING_COLUMNS flag in the param file. We recently ran into an issue where a row/record was created in Filemaker accidentally, then removed 10 minutes later...so it uploaded into Zoho unfortunately before we caught it. Formula on a column given a moving condition in another column
I have table with three rows, invoice#, customer#, date. I am trying to get a formula that counts the max date where the customer # in the row occured in the list. and another formula to tell me if this is the first occurance of this customer# or not been going in circles forever, hope someone can help.
