Can we change the Sent Field - so that the date appears in Red or Blue? Is this a possible to change how any of the fields appear?

Exporting data from ZOHO Campaigns for analysis
Hello We've sent a series of e-mails to 1400 customers. Now we want to analyse the results of the 3 e-mails and the 3 resends. It looks as though I have to export data relating to opens, clicks, bounces etc. for each sales person individually and then merge all the data in a spreadsheet so I can analyse. I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out all of Zoho's products and make them work together. Currently we have Mail, CRM, Sales IQ, Campaigns, Chat, Support/tickets. Can not Add users in Zoho Campaigns
Dear Zoho Support, We are getting a: "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." for speyton@fonemed.com Can you please delete this record from the other organization if one exists (for campaigns) and allow us to add this user to our instance of Zoho Campaigns. When trying to verify the user via the automated email method - no email is delivered and therefore, we are out of options. Please do not delete this user from the CRM product.

Unsyncing CRM and Campaign
I have my entire biz organization set up with myself as Admin/CEO. I have a "support.ut@powerhouserg.com" account which houses the "not met yet" lists (vs. personal leads we individually know). I accidentally "synced" the contacts in my personal CRM with that of supprt crm. so when I open https://campaigns.zoho.com/home.do#contacts/sync, I can see the Campaigns to CRM Settings with the support.ut@powerhuserg.com email listed. Adding a hyperlink changes colour to grey
Hello, I am adding hyperlink to emails. The text colour is blue but when I hyperlink they go grey. They will not change back to blue.... This is very bad and I need some feedback on when you will be fixing this. Please respond asap. Jason

Campaigns and Zoho Survey integration not working
I am sending a Campaign with a Zoho Survey. The link of the survey button is https://$[ZS:SURVEYURL]$. At the same time I am trying to pass the Name and Lastname information to the survey, to be able to do this I have changed the link to: https://$[ZS:SURVEYURL]$?Name$[FNAME]$ but it does not work properly. With this new link the fields I get in Zoho Survey are empty.

Hi, I have setup my sync contact correctly, but to my suprise... in my CRM, there is 60 contacts., but in my Zoho campaign list using the sync contact way, I have 86. Campaign emails being received in Junk
I have done a couple of test campaigns and each time the emails are received in the Junk email box. What can I do to ensure my campaigns don't end up in Junk? I have followed the email tips & tricks to avoid this happening so I don't know what steps to take next. Thanks Kirstie

Autoresponders question
Hello, I'm interested in using autoresponders. Basically someone comes in and then are called to discuss their needs. If we get in touch, we wouldn't want the autoresponder to send anything. If we don't get in touch, we would want the autoresponder to send emails on a frequent basis until we did reach them. Is this possible based upon 'views' in the CRM syncing to the Campaigns module? I've searched and can't find the answer, hence asking here. Apologies if it has already been answered somewhere

Campaigns From Email
We have been experiencing an odd issue. One of our users creates campaigns and sends them out but they are appearing to our clients to be coming from other employees within our company. It seems random, 2 or 3 will be from me and 5 or 6 from another employee. The users is setting the from email as his but it seems to come from others. In the send details I see that "CRM Data Enabled" is displayed for alternate Sender Email and Reply Email. Does this have something to do with it?

I am evaluating Zoho campaigns for an animal support organization with 500 members. All that is needed is basic distribution list functionality. I would use my Zoho mail but this is highly limited in terms of number of email sent and recipients etc. I was surprised to see that outgoing emails are manually reviewed.
