Upon logging into Zoho, we are directed to the Zoho Home page / My Apps page at url home.zoho.com. This page is full of app the apps which we have clicked on from the All Apps button on the bottom. Some of these apps were clicked on too see if they would be beneficial. Some were determined not to be, however, they take up space on My Apps page when I log in which I find very ineffiecent. How do i merge two zoho accounts?
I have two accounts and need to consolidate. One is associated with my gmail address, on which i started using CRM and have data there. (I'd like to delete this account, but move the CRM data to the second account) The second account is my work account, we host emails with Zoho and use the mail app. Can anyone help with how best to transfer data from the first account to the second? I've tried to change gmail account primary email to match the second account email, but the system won't allow that.

Zoho Mail and CRM not accepting key strokes on Chrome
Hi Tonight, Zoho - mail and CRM is not accepting all key strokes when accessed via Chrome - e.g - I, O, P etc keys to the right do not work - backspace and delete keys do not work - K creates an "Insert link" dialogue box - and other weird stuff Text in Mail also starts out as right-aligned and underlined I have tried - restarting Zoho mail (& logout / login) - no effect - trying a different keyboard - no effect - typing in Chrome in e.g Google Earth searcj box - all keys work perfectly - opening

Invalid credentials (failure)
On my Android phone, IMAP stopped working for my Zoho account with the error "User name or password incorrect" and "Invalid credentials (failure)" however I was able to access via web with the same credentials. I double-checked all the settings on the desktop and on the phone, and all seems to be in order, yet I still keep getting that error. What gives?

Hello, we are a non-profit organisation which receives donations very frequently. We need a tool, which creates a receipt automatically when a single donor (person or organisation) donates over 200€ cumulatively over a calendar year. Ideally, this application would be linked to our Bank Account and would recognise when multiple donations are made from the same account number and alert us when the 200€ mark is reached. I am the manager of the project and I've added Employee in the project and assigned task to them, but when I view the Gantt Chart I can only see projects which are mine and unable to see other Owner's task? I would like to access Zoho Accounts data through a custom view using a key instead of OAuth 2.0. Can I do so? My requirement is offline access without user interaction. Domain hosting
I currently have a domain registered through GoDaddy, and GoDaddy also hosts my email. I do not have a website, it is domain registration, domain hosting, and MAPI email with 10 addresses (I can easily live with 5 addresses). I am considering moving everything away from GoDaddy. Two factor authentication problem
I turned on two factor auth (fingerprint) but never received the system sms's on my phone when it requested to swipe my print. Luckily i have some backup codes. So I decided to turn off two factor auth, but in order to do so I need to confirm using oneauth on my phone - but I don't get the notifications sent to my phone. So I can't sign in (without backup codes), and I can't turn off two factor auth. WTF.
