Feature Request - Multiple Account Login / Account Switching e.g., Google
Hi, I would like to request Zoho enable multiple account handing. The current SSO process is extremely, extremely frustrating as someone who needs regular, frequent access to multiple accounts. I understand Zoho's tagline "One Account. Access All Services" but I don't see why people can't have the option to switch accounts. Google is probably the best example of this. You login to Gmail with your default account, head over to Google Sheets and switch users so your child can view their school project,

Multi Company Version
I run a Group of Companies and presently we differentiate within one Zoho Database using the Territory option. When will Zoho be able to offer a true Multi-Company version, I ask as I would like to consider adding additional modules by Company (Territory) option does not apply across all modules.

Impossible to update primary phone number. It belongs to a person who no longer works for the company. PLEASE HELP!
Product for resource scheduling and viewing users skills
Hi there, I was wondering if Zoho have any plans to create a resource scheduling tool similar to Float? https://www.float.com/ We use Float in our organisation, and have not yet come across an alternative that might work the same way. Just an idea for future consideration. We essentially want to be able to see across the organisation what all of our staff are up to, in a snapshot / calendar schedule view. If Zoho had a tool similar to this, it would be ideal to integrate with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.
I changed my name on Profile Settings, but when I send email it still shows old name. Why?
I changed my original name - which shows when I send an email, to a different name. It shows the new name on the profile page but when I send an email it persists in showing the original (unwanted) name. Why is this happening? I don't want to send emails with that name showing for personal reasons. Help? (also I don't understand where to post a question when I need help with a technical issue.)
Zoho Mail Desktop Lite only logging in on second try, security issue, display issue
Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Login 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails. See the animated screen capture below. I pixelated the user names.
Zoho Home changes app positions
Hi there, I am not picky, but you are changing the positions of the Zoho Apps on the Zoho Home page (https://home.zoho.com/home) more often than I change my underware! ;-) I can never become used to click on an icon (for example Zoho Mail), because I have to look every day where it has been moved to. Why not putting the most important on top (CRM, Mail, CM etc.) I don't think the Bug tracker is one of the most used apps, but it's on the first row. thanks

Am I the only person in the world currently having issues with Zoho
Nothing but problems with two Zoho accounts. One account is not accepting what I know is the correct password. The password worked two days ago. For the other account Zoho did not accept the verification code sent via text to my phone, and the system currently is not sending new verification codes to my phone.

I have 6,000 accounts I have 30,000 contacts I have a field in accounts called "type" and use a coded field. A type might be "hospital" I have a field in contacts called title. I am looking for "president" I want to send an email out to all presidents but only to hospitals. Hello, the german translations are sometimes a little bit awkward. While loading a page you see the word "Ladet". This is an very old fashioned form of "he/she/it invites". Correct is "Lädt" (he/she/it loads) or better "Wird geladen" (loading). While demonstrating your boss the advantages of zoho, "Ladet" is really a showstopper. "(Spread)sheet" is translated in some places as "Blatt". "Blatt" is an arbitrary piece of paper, a newspaper, a set of cards or a botanic leaf. Better is "Tabelle". Greetings

Utterly confused by conflicting information!!! Multiple domains/ email addresses in ZOHO One
Since I have several educational institutions (each with different domains/websites/email addresses and processes) I have been trying to figure out whether it is possible to send & receive email from each different email address and do all the other things that the ZOHO-One platform offers (like CRM, Projects, Bookkeeping) for all of my different business entities within one single (I have no personnel) ZOHO-One account. Each time I receive a different answer, leaving me at this point utterly confused.
