I have a formula field that sums the total value of several decimal fields. Example: Formula 1 = Decimal field 1 + Decimal field 2 + Decimal field 3 I have some on edit scripts that update the decimal fields with certain decimal values when a user changes certain fields. My question is how can I get the formula field to update / recalculate its value when an on user input script is triggered and updates a decimal field with a new value? Sending emails from multiple users on Zoho Creator
Can someone assist. I have been using Zoho creator for 5 + years, I am on one of your older plans that costs $15 a month and includes 3 users and unlimited apps. I am trying to set up different apps that will allow me to send from different emails depending on the relevant user. I have managed to set this up so everything is working fine, however when I go and create a 4th app using the 2nd user it says that I have a limit of 3 apps. No access to application

Stateless Form Not Updating Correct Record
I have a simple test application where I click on my custom action button displayed for each record. This custom action lunches a stateless form that contains a drop down menu to make a selection. Upon clicking submit on the stateless form a new record is created instead of updating the record that was selected from the custom action button. Lookups of lookups
I have four forms: Form B has a lookup field based on Form A; Form C has a lookup field based on Form B; Form D has a lookup field based on Form C. Now when I develop a view based on Form D, I can display fields from forms C and B, but not A. There is no way I can link the forms to display any field Form A, though Form A is used in Form B, and B in C, and C in D.
Custom action view not working for shared user

Rental Check in and out with Time calculations
Hi I'm trying to work out a way to get a form for my Ski and Snowboard Rental department up and running. I'm stumped on how to calculate the number of days the guest will have the rentals out. The part that is tricky is that we also calculate what time they take the rentals from the store and when they return them. Let me use a weekend as an example. Rentals can be picked up after 3 pm on a Friday, used that Saturday and returned before 3 pm on that Sunday. I do not count the pick up day (Friday)

Hi all I have a simple for with a date time field. The default is the current datetime by using an On Load assignment to that field. So far so good, works great. *However*, if I send the form data by email, with a blank date date time, Zoho inserts the record with a datetime of null. Is there a way to make Zoho set this field to current date time (like it does on form input) when the data is added by email?

I have been asking questions on this forum and calling tech support to get my questions answered and cannot. There is a question I asked 9 mos. ago that remains unanswered and calls to the tech support only go to an answereing machine and my messages seem to go into a black hole. How can I get my questions answered. If I could rip out and replace the stuff we have on Zoho by tomorrow I'd do it. Not a happy camper here!!! Locked out of Creator account
Hi there, We purchased an upgrade from a trial version on our test application today with your Zoho creator application. Upon adding users to the system on the creator settings menu, there was no update to the users list. This led me to assume that the users had not be added to the system. However upon adding my own email to the system it notified me it had reached our limit of the 4 users we have purchased. So it obviously is adding them somewhere. Unable to regenerate this report
Hi Since yesterday I am unable to regenerate my report chart to include the new data that I have added to my database. I just get the message 'Sorry. We are unable to regenerate this report'. I ahve also changed the status of a record and that is not reflected in the report, again when I regenerate I just get the same message. Can you rectify this problem? Thanks

HI, I have a form which has several fields.But there are two lookup fields which are looked up from same field Fips code like Fips-01 and Fips-02. you can see below screenshot . What I am looking for that I want to update the Fips-02 field on User input of Fips-01 . Say if user enters the value - 1001 in Fips-01 then this value should not appear in the Fips-02 . Order Management App rounding prices
I have started using the order management app that is provided by Zoho. I have made some minor changes to field names, but nothing major. I noticed that it is excluding my .99 from all of my pricing that I have entered for products. So the products are entered as 34.99 and it shows that correctly. But the add products field of an order entry brings in the price as 35 It comes in from the Product Subform but I cant find anything that is telling it to round up.
