Upload Json File to Zoho Docs with C#
Dear, For one of our contractors we have to upload json files to their zoho account. We have tried different ways to do this, directly with reading the file contents or in trying to directly insert Json string. But none of these worked. We always received

Cannot restore Item from trash- getting message "Trash in progress"
It has been more than 8 hours since i deleted an item, but unable to restore. Keep getting message "Trash in Progress". Highly frustrating. Have sent email with screen shots to the support team, but no reply from past 6 hours. Unable to reach support team on the phone- Have only option to leave a message. Very bad support experience so far.

Hi, Please forgive me if this has been addressed previously. I have searched and cannot find the answer. I have set up my Dropbox box sync and this is fine however it will not sync sub folders within a folder. I am currently only on the free Zoho Docs plan. Disabling Download button from "Public on the web" shared link
Hi All! I have to share some uploaded files (e.g. mp4) using the "Public on the web" shared link but I need to disable/remove the download button. I read in other topics that it should be possible but I can't find the option in the share settings of the "Public on the web" link. Is ti possible to remove the download button in Zoho Docs? Thanks!
Cannot delete folder from docs trash
I had deleted a shared folder and can see it is in the trash When I try to delete it from trash, a popup comes 'deleting' but nothing happens This is a big folder and I'm stuck out of space till this folder gets deleted!

I'm trying to add a colleague to Zoho Docs but I receive the error, "already exists in other organization" when I enter their email address. We have a ZOHO CRM organization account, so of course their address is going to be in use. How can I add my colleague?
Can ZOHO docs function as a cloud server with mapped drive on my computer
Can Zoho: Function as an office server with our own tree of file organization that people from multiple locations use to store all company related files. Be setup as a mapped drive inside my PC with INSTANT access to the files - i.e. do NOT need to first download a file to work on it. All folders and files I select long term one time (not each session) to be resident on my laptop can be worked on OFFLINE, other files not selected can only be access when online by downloading these non-synced files.
Share a document as template
We are looking for a way that allows every member to make copies of documents (eg templates) in a shared workspace. Is there a function that makes template (tablesheet) in a shared workspace (not as a public template) to a template for all users in the group? Thanks for your help or other ideas

Cut & Paste - Writer
Cut or Copy and Paste in Writer is not working in Firefox (Linux). This used to work, now it doesn't. This seems to be a recurring issue with Zoho. Installing the Writer browser Extension as instructed makes no difference. Problem is present both in right-click operations and with the side menu buttons. Zoho Docs Total Fail w/ MacOS 10.15 Catalina
Is anyone else having the same issue? The Zoho Docs app on macOS fails to launch or allow the user to login. When the program starts, a window title bar appears but not the rest of the window or options. Basically, I cannot login and files on my computer cannot sync with my Zoho cloud storage. The Zoho Docs app is the latest version.
Inaccurate quota size
My Zoho Docs Used storage showing 5.01 GB and Total storage 5 GB. So it is over quota. I don't think it is the case, because i don't have that much data on my Zoho Docs account. I deleted data from Trash but it doesn't help much. Can you please check my Used storage and recalculate it if needed?
zoho docs app don't start,
zoho docs app don't start. after minimac sleep, i have to start manuell zoho docs, but i see only a thin line instead a real box to give in my username and password. than i press the yellow box and restart the thin line i can restart zoho docs with username and password. but it is nervously, because it then syncronize every time the whole zohodocs ordner and with 16 to 20 GB it needs so much time, every time. please, what is wrong?

Unable to create password protected link on standard test account
Hi I’m currently testing zoho writer and started the 15 day test phase of the standard plan to test the sharing functionality (password protected link). But currently it's not working. I added three screenshots to illustrate my problem. (1) As you can see the test phase for the Standard Edition is active with 15 days remaining (2) But I still cannot choose the password protected link. (3) I always get redirected to the upgrade site... Do you know a way to create these links? Best!
Why can't i search "shared with me" files in the browser version?
Hi I think the Zoho Docs app is great however as an admin I share all the folders to my colleagues. None of the folders are their folders and so when they search for a document, there are no results. I would appreciate if someone could let me know if this is due to my lack of knowledge or whether this is a limitation in Zoho Docs. Thank you. PJ

I'm a free user. I think that Zoho Docs should recognize more file types other than docs similar to Microsoft's OneDrive and ever other cloud storage online. I tested some mp3.s and they weren't recognized or able to be used.
Using Zoho docs in China and in the US
Hello- My team is half in the USA and half in China. We want to use Zoho docs for online editing. My China team can access Zoho docs created by the USA team via links sent to them through e-mail or via Zoho CRM,(Link is uploaded as a project attachment) but my China team can not edit the doc. They have to first save the doc to their account then they can edit the doc, but the USA team can not see any of their edits. All team members are co-owner collaborators on the documents they are sharing.

Allow Public Uploads to a Folder with a Password Only
I cannot find how to allow a Public user to upload a file to a "Public On the Web with a Password" folder. We were expecting to allow our clients to have the ability to upload their application to Zoho Docs. Then we'd close the Public access to the folder once they have uploaded the document. Is this something that Zoho Docs can do? Thanks, James
