We have a shared ZOHO doc folder that is used for our team members to save documents to shared between the team. Is there a way for ZOHO docs to notify all team members that a new document has been added into the folder?

I had been working on some poetry for weeks, and suddenly, my Zoho documents have disappeared, and I've tried every link possible to locate them, but they have completely disappeared from my account. I'm trying to embed a Zoho Sheet document in an HTML iFrame. It gives me an error message of docs.zoho.com refused to connect. Do I need a separate API connection for zoho docs to do this? The document is public with an unpassworded URL.

US to EU Data Migration
Hi - due to EU laws, we need to transfer our data from US servers to EU servers. So far the response from Zoho has been: Open accounts with Zoho.eu Pay Back up data on Zoho.com Transfer Ask refund This is an awkward proceeds - especially the pay, ask a refund. For instance as a 3 year customer we have a large file structure on Doc - no advice given as to how to replicate this.

Mail Merge in Zoho Docs
Hi I have inserted all my email contact of my suppliers and i sent it through by mail merge. I am using ZOHO mail so that is why I could just use mail merge easily to mails to my supplier with their customized name and details. I have received a lot of quote from my supplier because I was using mail merge. How to allocate additional storage space to users
Hi, Our organisation has 119.5Gb available space (purchased), but each of the 2 users (both admin) have a cap of 5Gb. How do we allocate additional space to each user or get access to the organisation space? At the moment I have used all of my 5Gb and can no longer upload files to Zoho docs. Thanks
Can't Login with sent passcode
With ipad (iOS12.1.4), I downloaded Zoho Docs app and tried to login with my ID (email address) and password. It requires additional passcode sent to my cell phone. So I entered the exace 7-digit code but never be able to login. with the message "Exceeded_Maximum_Allowed_Authtokens" (attached picture). Two things I noticed: 1. it looks like it requires 6 digits code on the screen. There are 6 stars (*) on the login screen but the code sent to my phone is always 7 digits. I am not sure if this has

can't sync all files
Zoho Docs can't sync all files. For a long time shows that "downloading 71 of 450 files". I already tried to remove and install. What else can I do?

Hello, We have been trying very hard to work on docs.zoho.com, esp. spreadsheets. The page is very slow and reacts after many seconds (sometimes takes over minute as well). Zoho Doc Broken after Moving/Renaming Folder in Windows
Hello, I use Zoho's desktop app for Windows 10 to sync documents across multiple compuiters. These folders have Excel as well as Zsheet files. Moving or renaming a folder in Windows (synced using Zoho app) breaks the link to Zsheet documents. I have lost multiple documents because of this and its getting infuriating how Zoho's app handles Zoho Doc files. Non-Zoho Doc files (such as Excel, images, etc.) are all fine. Please tell me how do I recover my lost files. They are not visible in trash as well

Sharing of folders with others
I have created a shared folder and shared it with others in my Zoho organisation. Also Zoho Docs Desktop installed. I can copy and move files into the Shared Windows folders but other users can not do that. They can only upload files and folders when they login into Zoho Docs website. How do you allow other users to copy and move files and folders into my Shared Folders in Windows with Zoho Docs Desktop? Do I need to change some settings?

Importing Google Docs
I am trying to import all of my Google Drive files to Zoho Docs - about 500 files. The files are arranged in a folder structure, and I cannot find a way to import all of my files into Zoho Docs and maintain the folder structure in my Google Drive. Hi - I've installed Zoho on my devices, but whenever I create a document the visual cue comes on. It loops and shuts me out. This only happens in the mobile app. I found a user guide saying to look in 'settings' for 'UI Preference'which, I can't find. Thanks in advance

i have uploaded three pdf printer generated docs that can be content searched with great accuracy. i then uploaded a scanned document viewed in pdf and uploaded. zoho docs could not read the scanned image, is there a way it can ocr scanned image content. if so this is fantastic.
