Remove Header
Hello, When you use the Remove Header option in Zoho Docs, move the header line all the way up, and save. The header goes back to the default location. I need the header to completely disappear. Is there a way to do so? Thank you
Online backup / sync feature
It'd be great to allow online backup / sync with other services like SugarSync or Sincplicity. I use SugarSync to provide real-time synchronization of my desktop files with a web-based site (and any other PCs I designate). I'm not sure of the technical or business issues involved, but I see my Zoho Docs workspace as just another 'virtual pc' in this ecosystem. Are there any efforts underway to allow for online backup/sync? Thanks, Andy

Updating Date and Time in Spreadsheet

Numbering of sections/subsections.
Chapter/section/subsection numbering is one of the feature I was looking for, compared to Google Docs. Zoho Docs supports this, but it was very confusing for me that this was under numbered lists. I was looking under View/Edit Document Styles, which IMO would be a more appropriate place to put this, plus give more flexibility, rather than the fixed selection from the numbered lists dropdown. Also, the ToC is not updated to reflect the selected numbering style - is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi there! I started using Zoho recently but I found an error that I don't know if it's occuring only in my account. Whenever I upload a .doc file or I create a writing file at Zoho the text cursor is never placed where it should be.It's always on the line below, and an inch ahead. I don't know if this is helpful, but I use the Internet Explorer. I attached an image of a print-screen for you to see in case I couldn't express myself correctly and clearly in English. Moving Tabs in a Spreadsheet
I am trying to move a tab on a spreadsheet. Every time I move it and then close and reopen the spreadsheet the tab is back to its original position. Why won't it move?

Blind real-time collaboration?
Hi, I am evaluating a number of real-time collaboration tools for our company. What we need is a spreadsheet that can be shared with a number of collaborators, and can be worked on without the collaborators seeing eachother and only having access to a specifik column as they are competitors. A most used feature of our old document management system was the ability to see just the files checked out by me. I can't find this feature in Zoho docs. Is there a way to see just the file checked out by me?

VBA error in for - next loop

Dropbox syncing...
So i love that Zoho docs has dropbox integration....my problem is that the default setting ( i guess ) was dropbox was set to sync automatically so now my zoho account is over its storage!! So I figured out how to turn it off but now I have to figure out where my dropbox files syncd to in order to delete the files. Any ideas?

Zoho Docs - Professional - file upload and unzip limitation
No document management solution is complete without having the option of migrating data from existing infrastructure. Zoho Docs (paid version) has upload options but ; desktop option limits file size to 50MB; bulk upload allows bigger file size but the unzip command will not accept file size larger than 50MB. With no access to Webdav or CIF effectively one is able to migrate in chunks of 50MB - this is not a acceptable situtation for a business user. I hope the backup /download will not have the
File Preview (mainly images)
Good afternoon I have recently inherited our Zoho Docs project and part of this is to migrate our users away from Dropbox to Zoho, mainly for company security. I have been asked by our marketing department if file previews are supported. Due to the nature of our work, we will mainly be storing PDF and JPEG files. Workspaces from Zoho Docs in Mobile App
Hi all, I am currently testing Zoho for my company. All is fine except one thing. I tested the app for Android and it seems that the users can not see the workspaces within the app. Am I missing something? Hi, I have just upgraded my organization space with a premium version; I have already paid for annual account. Now my space is upgraded to 10 Gb. I have 3 users, previously invited during the trial version; now, despite upgrading, I cannot invite other users! Simultaneous/Real-Time Collaboration and editing
Hi, I like everything about zoho except.... 1. we have a 50-page presentation. If I make a change, though it shows up on the other's screens once they look for it, they do not move to that point in the doc automatically/their cursors does not move to where the change was made. Is there a way to make this happen? To be clear: I am on p 20 and make a change, someone else is on p 1. I have to tell them to go to p 20 in order for them to see that a change has been made. I would like it if ALL the docs

Can only see two most recent docs
Hello all - This seems like it should be something really obvious, but damned if I can figure it out. When I log into Zoho Docs, there are only two files listed, both from this year. I have about eight older documents, which I can find if I search for keywords in them, or if I go into Writer and look at Open Recent. So I know they're there. But I have to dig for them, which seems odd - why aren't they listed with my more recent documents? How do I list them in Zoho Docs? I assume it's because they're
how to make printable pages on presentation
I am completely ignorant when it comes to computers or anything like this. I am trying to make printable pages on the presentation portion of Zoho Docs. I need it to look like a regular 8.5x11 (vertically) page with the different shapes, colors, text, etc. that I am wanting to add. I am clueless to every detail in doing this. Please help!! Over the last few days I've not been able to print my spreadsheet files. When I've attempted to print them I get this error message pasted below. Server Error when using zoho docs
Hi When viewing/editing my documents im getting the message "The server has encountered an error. Please try later" Can you please help? It only seems to happen on one spreadsheet my "accessories 5" sheet, but happens as soon as I scroll, type anything or jump between sheets. Fit document ot screen size
I have uploaded an excel file and I wondered if it is possible to make it fit to the size of the screen. At the moment the default size is too big and I need to reduce the size so I can view the whole document. Any suggestions appreciated Thanks Justin

no spreadsheets through iPad
I just discovered that you cannot bring up a spreadsheet with these devices...either on the app or the website...you get a "We cannot process your request..." Im guessing that this happens becuase we cannot edit spreadsheets through an ipad....but not to be able to view it at least is crazy. Am I missing something here?
Recommendation - Searching for a Documents
I havent figured out how to do this yet so I dont think it can be done in Zoho...if it can, please forgive me! ANd please let me know how to do it When I perform a search on the web version of zoho docs, the docs that meet my criteria show up but the location of thse files ( the folders they are in ) does not. It would seem that this would be a simple thing to do since I would imagine only a field needs to be added on the search table. Would my asusmption this feature is missing from the search

Hi everyone- So I was able to find the address that I need to use to email docs into Zoho...and it looks like it worked but it was my understanding that all docs emailed in defaulted to the INBOX folder....But a few hours later, its still not there.....but I see it in my ALL FILES location as being added TODAY.... When I go to see te properties of the two files that were transferred in today, here is no property that tells me what folder they are located in.. And of course, when I perform a search
