How to Type Tamil or Other Languages in Zoho Docs?
I bought a Mac Laptop for my father and I am trying to find a way so he can type Tamil in his new computer. I added Tamil fonts to Mac but unable to type there. I was wondering whether it is possible to type Tamil in Zoho Docs? If so does it use Transliteration method? I am able to change the English to Tamil settings for File, Edit and other settings but unable to type in Tamil. Thanks in advance.

For the french translation of Zoho docs please note : In the "Fichier" main menu "Ouvert" Should be replaced by "Ouvrir" "Enregistrez" Should be replaced by "Enregistrer" "Marque en tant que nouvelle version..." Should be replaced by "Marquer en tant que nouvelle version..." "Regardez l'histoire de version..." Should be replaced by "Regarder l'historique des versions..." In the hover menu hover underline should be "Souligné" instead of "Soulignez" hover merge cells should be "Fusionner les cellulles"
Bulk import to native Zoho formats?
While it is possible to upload a number of files to Zoho Docs simultaneously, I've not found a way yet to import multiple documents into Writer format, or import multiple Excel spreadsheets into Zoho Sheet. Is this just a matter of me overlooking the correct menu item, or is it not possible to perform a bulk import? If not, could this be added to the development road map for future inclusion? FILE SHARING without having to SignI/Up to collaborate ?
I am testing "Private Share" and used my gmail.com account to send Share email which came(see below) but when I click on the link it requires me to SignIn/Register. Unable to invite Zoho user to workspace
I am unable to invite a Zoho user (pcedmunds) to my workspace. I have successfully added another Zoho user (markeford) but when I attempt to invite pcedmunds it says: Unable to invite user to the workspace. Paul appears to be in the system successfully (from my contacts screen shot). Why am I not able to invite him? Please see the attached screen shots for more information. Thank you for your help!

Bookmark for a specific Doc?
I have a frequently used Doc and would like to make a bookmark in Firefox so it is always accessible from the toolbar. But if try and bookmark it only the Zdocs home and explorer tabs come up. Any way to get quick access to my file (in this case passwords so I use it all the time)?
Zoho docx export makes Word think it's in Russian
Hi, I just started using Zoho Docs today, and I noticed something strange in the docx file I exported. As soon as I opened the file in Word (for Mac 2011 version 14.0.2), almost all of the words had the red squiggly underline indicating they were spelled wrong. When I ran spell check, I noticed the dialog said "Spelling: Russian" at the top. Nothing else on my computer is set to use Russian language. New documents in Word use English. Documents exported as .doc from Zoho do not have this problem.
Spreadsheet import does not import charts - export does not save carts correctly
Hi, I essentially want to import a spreadsheet with charts in zoho. The uploaded sheet for most parts imported correctly but the charts did not get added. I checked the forums and saw that it could be issue with chart format (i use line graphs). So I created the charts in ZOHO and exported it. Now when i open it in excel I don't see the right chart and also importing it back again in ZOHO does not load the charts. What I would like you to help me with is: - Show me how i can add charts to a sheet
Share folders with Zoho Docs
Hello folks Does anyone know how to share a folder with Zoho Docs? I already share files with a colleague but I want to be able to share a whole folder, not just the files one by one. When I have the folders listed, it is not possible to select a folder with the check-box in order to share using the "share" button in the header of the folder list. Any advice appreciated!
Loss of Data and Slow Loading Problem
When my users are in a document together and one person leaves, data seems to get lost when the collaborator leaves. Why does this happen? Also, it at 2:02pm MST we are experiencing slow load times with Zoho Docs. It is taking 5 minutes to load a document and it is not saving files. Our internet connection is fast and all other web pages load quickly for us.

Is There Any Other Permission Beside - Co Owner, Collaborator and Viewer
I really like ZOHO but is there a way i can set the permission to my liking ? I would like a new permission such that the "Viewer" can only view document. No Download - No Printing. I need it to protect my legal document consisting name, email and address. The current Viewer can view/download which I dont like the idea. Perhaps if there is any way I can implement this ? or maybe to use other ZOHO APPS ? Viewer: Viewer can view/download the document Collaborator: Collaborator can view/edit/revise/download

Issue with documents font
Hi I need to know how I can enlarge the font in my document area. Right now my font is very small making it very hard for me to read. Please put in simple terms. I'm new to zoho, and havent experiment much in my document area. I have tried to look around in the main frame of the document area, but couldnt find a way to enlarge font. Thanks for the help!!!!!
FREEZE PANES Doesn't work.
No matter how many times we open a spreadsheet and freeze the first row (successfully), once the document is saved, closed, and reopened, it's back to square one, no pane is frozen. Tried at least 10 times on 5 different documents.

Disable e-mail notification
I created a workspace to which invitees are listed as collaborators. I unchecked the "notification" button for each of the users. However, I am still receiving an e-mail notification every time a document is uploaded to a workspace folder. How do I disable the notification function to prevent this from happening? Thank you.

The doc app is pathetic. I just typed a paper twice for my class tomorrow. Wont save. I eventually saved a file to my desktop, which would not load in zoho when I tried to print. I am never using this crappy thing ever again. Fix it.

1. I am not able to move a document from one workspace to another workspace. Am I missing a menu or button for this function or is this functionality just not there? 2. My users would like to be able to delete documents from a workspace if necessary, but it seems like just the administrator can delete documents. How can my users delete documents? 3. List of users collaborating
Is there a way to fetch the list of users collaborating on a document? By default, if the same user opens a document in 'collabedit' mode again and again, each time he is added as a new user. Need to avoid duplicate users.
Roll Back on versions of docs in zoho docs - excel doc that I checked out is blank. please help

Search only searches some documents
I'm starting to use Zoho docs. I uploaded a couple MS Word files. When I use the search box in Zoho to search on words I know are in the documents, zoho only returns some of the documents that have a match, not all. I only have 6 documents uploaded and I'm doing testing. If I create a document in zoho, search finds it. If I go to a document that zoho doesn't find, and edit it in zoho docs and save it, zoho still doesn't pull up the document when I do a search. --Scott

Zoho is billing me, but when I sign in I am told my account is INACTIVE. I email accounts department at Zoho and they tell me to logon and downgrade my account to Free. But I can't logon because my account is INACTIVE. So does Zoho bill me forever for a service I cannot access? Please help. Thanks. DOC file doesn't load
I am a new user and I loaded some word documents to test zoho docs. The word documents are small files (69-88 kb)After clicking on them, either to view or to edit, it comes to the window that says: "The preview of this document is being generated. It will be available after few minutes." After several minutes it never loads. So I cannot view or edit within ZOHO docs. What is the problem?
