My Tags View: All Files
Dear Zoho Docs Team Currently in the "My Tags" View, one has to decide between these four options: View : Uploaded files | Docs | Spreadsheets | Presentations Shouldn't there not also be the option "All Files"? And "All Files" should then also be the default view. This gives a quick overview when entering "My Tags" and if there are too many file, one still can choose Uploaded files, Docs, Spreadsheets or Presentations to narrow it down.
Name Mismatch, Uploading Questions
We're trying to start a cross-cultural communication program for schools in the US and abroad: teachers might edit documents students post as part of this. I figure they may change the name of the document if they edit it since you need to download documents to edit them here apparently - is there any way to disable the name mismatch error should this be the case? Will there be a feature for documents to be updated on Zoho proper, or must they be downloaded and amended first?

Hi, I have a spreadsheet that is used by my clients to manage their finances and budgets. I want to emebed this sheet on a website behind a login (my login not zoho login). Users will login using their email id and password as provided by me and come to their workspace page. On this page I have embedded their spreadsheet. I have managed to achieve this much. When a user closes a document can you create a reminder saying "There are changes made to the documents. Click yes to save and no to discard".

Docs error - cursor skipping
I'm having a problem in Docs when trying to write. Every minute or so (or every sentence or two) the cursor skips a letter behind where I'm currently typing, which pushes me back into the word by just one letter. I know my typing isn't the issue here, no matter how fast, slow or accurately I was typing, the cursor would skip and I'd have to re-correct.

STRING and duplicating the item originally added to the cell
I am having problems with the ZOHO spreadsheet adding STRING and duplicating the item originally added to the cell I have set the cells to text after removing all the duplicate data and then saved the file. Spreedsheet sectences getting cut off at end of cell instead of overlapping. :-(
Hi all, I've just started using the awesome Zoho. One thing that cropped up is sentences not overlapping cell boundaries in a spreadsheet, like this: Cut sentence in spreadsheet Is this a bug or is there a way to get the full line showing? BTW Widening the cell is not an option. I want to have a heading, with data below it. Thanks for your help!
Dropbox feature, send files to Zoho Docs by e-mail
Hi, I have an account with GoDaddy and I use their Online File Folder product to store all my documents in there. The Zoho Docs seems to work in a similar way however there is one funcionality that I miss. On the Online File Folder I am supplied with an email address that I can e-mail any kind of file and those attachments will be saved on a folder called "Dropbox" which later on I can login on the website and sort the files as I wish. Are you guys planning to develop such funcionality? Thanks, Paul

Cant notify all users
I have spreadsheets set up and I'm the owner. When I make changes I can select 'share' and 'notify shared users' to let them know there is a change. However, when a member of the group makes a change, they go to the 'share' menu and all they have is 'notify author'. How can they send a notification to all shared users (i.e. the others in the group) and not just to the author? A colleague of mine has this working on his spreadsheet and we're racking our brains tryign to figure out why this isn't working.
Cannot select documents from check box
The select all check box works fine. I cannot however select one or multiple documents with the checkbox. I click and no mark appears. I can right click the checkbox and then click outside the menu window that appears and for some reason a check will appear, but I cannot do this for multiple documents. I'm using Google Chrome as my browser.

combine zoho doc with zoho share
how about combining zoho doc with zoho share, or atleast have a "up load from doc" option in share. (just like upload from google in doc) because some files needed to be share with the public(zoho share) and in some too need to be edit (zoho doc). having them combined saves the need of paralling file.

Can emails be sent to all people on share list when doc updated?
To really enhance the collaboration function, it would be useful if all users on a shared doc would get an email (which they could configure in their preferences not to get!) whenever changes were made to it. Kind of like the notification area, but via email too. Not everyone is always logging into Zoho to see if there has been activity. Or maybe I am missing something that is already there???
