Can't open sheet from ZOho Docs in Zoho Sheet
I have a spreadsheet in zoho Docs but I can't open it in Zoho Sheet. If share it with myself it does not show up in my shared folder in Sheet. I can not copy cells from it to a new sheet either. This seems a bit ridiculous to have these applications but not the ability to share documents between them. Thanks

when i check document out and then try and download, i get the following error: Internet Explorer cannot download getuploaddoc. From docs.zoho.com Internet Explorer was not able to open internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Dargging Problem In Sheets
Hi It's been few days since I noticed this irritating bug In Sheet (that I use on daily basis), which is like this: 1) I Insert 1 or few more rows in my sheet. 2) In one or more columns that I have a formula in place, When I drag a upper cell to the bottom of the column to apply the formula to the entire of the column, It always go to the bottom of the page (unwantedly) and make a mess of may sheet. It would be really appreciated if you could take a look at this.
opensocial integration of docs
Hi, I'm trying to set up something that I think is quite simple, as google has had this feature for ages, but I don't seem to be able to figure this one out.... I have several files that need to be shared between the group where everyone can access them and edit them. They are all working documents so they change quite a lot. I know that I can 'share' them in Docs, but this doesn't fit my purpose easily because my users do not all want to log into Zoho everytime they want to edit something.
What are some of the relationships?
I suspect it's old age, but I'm a bit confused about some of the Zoho Application Relationships. Why is there Creator and a separate database? Why is there Docs and Writer, that seem just a bit different from each other? Why Planner and Calendar? Are there advantages to one over the other? Is there any "buyers' guide" type thing that compares the features in common and different of the various applications?
Scanning Documents
Is is possible to scan a document and have it sent/emailed (maybe as a pdf file) directly into Zoho Docs? I'm looking to create a small business document management system and I'm hoping this is possible with Zoho Docs.
View a PDF after Scrolling
I can't view a pdf after scrolling down the page because the text doesn't render correctly. This is a problem that makes it impossible to conveniently view pdf's in Zoho. Attached is a screenshot depicting the problem.
Exporting Zoho doc with comments
Reporting an issue when exporting a Zoho doc with comments as a Word Document. When the document is exported as a word document, some (not all) comments are appearing in the Word document of 16 pages. The comments stop appearing after page 5 in the Word document, however in Zoho, there are comments on all 16 pages. Is there some type of limit to the # of comments that can be exported? Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Workspace bar greyed out
I have subscribed to the Professional service and so I should have access to Workspaces. However, when I go into, "My Workspaces", the button bar is mostly greyed out. All that is available are "Upload" and "Admin Console". Is this normal? How can enable the other buttons like Move, Copy and Delete? Thanks in advance, mike
Adding viewer option into writer, show, sheet
Request to add the viewer option into writer, show, sheet. This way after the document has been shared or made public it can be view for a certain time duration. These are for all documents created or uploaded into writer, sheet or show. And yes, it there other apps that can benefit with this option then please add to them too. Can't Invite Users to an Existing Group
I'm trying to add users to an existing group, but I'm getting an error. After I enter their email addresses in the box for the invitation and click the button to invite them, I get a pink bar at the top of the screen that says "An Error Has Occured." Cannot invite users to group
Hi, I cannot invite users to existing groups. - The user already exists in a different group. - I have tried to invite them from within the Contact module. - From within the All Contacts category, I used the "Add To" menu to add 'the selected contact' to the desired group. - I got the yellow box drop down message saying, "contact successfully added to group" - The user did not receive an invitation and the spam has also been diligently checked. - This should be very simple to do. It worked one time

In Zoho Share, it looks like I can either make uploads private or public, i.e., either I am the only one that can see them or everyone can see them. Is there a way to allow only a group of specified members see them?

Can I remove files from a workspace after they are no longer needed? So far I haven't been able to do so. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Search result not works well
Lots files i created theres days can't be find in search result. eg: i created a file named "97407-AE" in zoho write, and i saved. I can see the file when i click the folder in zoho doc. But when i search it in search bar "97407-AE", it shows: No Results found for "97407-AE". Why? I can find the file named "476-DW" which i created on 12/17 with the same way. If tags are longer than about 8 characters it only shows the beginning with three '.' added. The full tag should be visible or become visible when resizing the window.

Saving Shared Documents
HI I work as a lab instructor, recently I got my students to use Zoho Docs for a spreadsheet exercise. They shared the spreadsheet with me so I could view and mark it, it is working fine except that for some of the sheets I can save the edited version but for others I cannot. How to show content in the following grid in Zoho sheet
when the inputing is long and can not be displayed fully in the grid, eg. when i input in the grid A1, grid A2 would cover the content which a1 can not display fully?
