• Zoho Docs API - Do we have a demo / video on using ZohoDocs API (Word / sheet / Presentation)

• Is storage space combined or individual?

  Currently using a FREE plan but looking at the possibility of updating to make it easier to share docs with new team members located in other parts of the world. On the Standard plan the storage allocation is 50Gb per user. What I'm wanting to know is if that means we have 200Gb that everyone can access, or is it split so that each user gets 50Gb? It's pretty useless to us if it's split as all users access the same information. Thanks in advance.

• Placeholder files

  Since all the other major cloud storage providers are providing placeholder files now or in the near future (see Dropbox Smart Sync, Google Drive File Streams, etc), will Docs provide a means of placeholder files in the future? 

• Storage size inaccuarte

  Hi, when I look at the size of my files I store in Zoho on my computer I can see that I am storing about 806MB, however as I am the admin on Zoho I can also look at myself as a Zoho user and see how much storage I am using on Zoho, and it says there 2.5MB - why is there such a mismatch?   I am currently using the Zoho app on android, around a week ago I found that the app is not able to save changes I made, after I press save and exit the app, all changes just disappear for no reason. I have tried reinstalling the app but I got no luck, is there anything I can do?

   When I share are documents to no ZOHO user, he will get a link http://docs.zoho.com, but he need account and password, otherwise he cannot see the documents, its NOT GOOD. But if I share from sheet or writer, he can open the link to see the documents. what problem?

• Zoho Docs Freezes the Browser

  OS: Windows XP SP2 Browser: IE 7 After a continous use of Zoho docs for 10 mins, the web browser window freezes. Also, the menu and other navigation is also little slow. Can something be done to speed up these and address the freeze issues?

• Zoho Writer different Sections

  When creating large documents, the one function I am really missing is to add different headers! This great little function for working with document chapters, so Section One is about Introduction. The Header has title Introduction and gets a blue text box, next section is about Etc. and gets a red text box.  Each Section is still has its own headings but can you know chapter you need to find once you 300 page document is done!  This will be really, really great addition to your product!

  Just signed up - one of my first tasks, customizing the Zoho docs logo to our own. It doesn't work - simply spins for a while then nothing! Not a great start. At this rate we will be cancelling and going elsewher

• cursor position wrong when a link is in the same line

  When I try to move the cursor to a position in a text line, the cursor appears at a position a few characters right of the intended position. Text, which I enter afterwards, appear at the intended position. This happens only on text lines which have links in it. And there only on the link itself or to the left of the link.

  A friend of mine cannot access Zoho Sheets anymore, from one day to another. • Upgrade issue on Zoho Docs

  Hello, I am the admin of my organisation. I have upgraded myself to a 100GB plan a few days ago to be able to share more things with the 3 more users within my organisation. Today I tried to add one more user and it says I have reach my user's limit... And I realise that the 3 users I had already added have an inactive status. I don't understand... If the admin pays to upgrade to a 100GB plan it means that all users withing the organisation have to pay? They cannot keep their free plan and access

• Co owners can't see co owned folders and document

  I created a couple of folders in Zoho Docs and uploaded a couple of files into each folder.  I shared with two of my colleagues and made them co owners but they can't see the folders.  What am I doing wrong?

• Not receiving copy of email

  I created a merged document through Zoho CRM. In step 3, I selected Merged to New/Distribute/Email to email the merged document. On the Email as Attachment screen, I entered information in the To, Subject and Message fields then selected the "Send a copy to me" checkbox. I clicked Send and received a message at the top of the screen stating the message was sent. I never received a copy of the email so I am not sure if the recipient actually received the email. • Unable to connect to my Documents?

  When going into my documents it opens them but then all i get is the Error shown on attachments and cannot update or save them

• Can I sync the zoho folder using Alias's on Mac OsSierra?

  I'd like my 'web receipts' folder in 'documents' to sync to Zoho docs.  But 'web receipts' is a folder specifically from the print pdf pull down menu and has to be within the documents folder.  I want that folder to be shared to zoho docs via the sync desktop app. Do I have to use 'alias' because all that does is copy the alias file to the cloud.  How would you set this up? I receive an expense receipt >  print window > export as pdf to 'web receipts' folder >  folder syncs to Zoho docs. Thanks!

• Docs Sync not showing in menu bar on install on Mac

  Hi Hi.  Install is fine, folder appears in finder, syncs to cloud. Sync logo does not appear in menu bar and I cannot configure zoho docs! Running OS Sierra, MacPro retina 15-inch  2.8ghz i7.
