Sorting Zoho Docs and With Desktop
Hi, I have an issue when I sync my Zoho Docs which my PC is does not sort the folder in the same order (they are number 1,2,3,4). The sort drop down boxes only gives me 3 options and none of them are sort by number or alpha etc Can someone please help?

We opened a 'free' account to evaluate Zoho and based on that, we decided to subscribe. My manager needed the subscription invoicing, so took the details and set up a standard service. Problem with disappeared Workspaces
We are a long time Zoho Docs customer and used Workspaces extensively. Today out workspaces disappears and we have no way to access them. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Advice how to get Workspaces visible again?

Is there a new mechanism to generate the Zoho Docs "E-mail-in" address? I have tried in two Zoho accounts, one which is a standard Gmail account, and the other is from a Domain that is connected and used with Zoho Mail, and in either of these accounts I observe that the "E-mail-In" address is displayed in the Zoho Docs setting. I've tried in multiple browsers as well without success. How to move a folder from a workspace to a share folder
I would like to ask you if we have any news regarding how to move files and folders from a workspace to a folder outside the workspace. In my situation I have a folder tree with 100 subfolders, 200 sub sub folders, each sub sub folder has 500 docs etc I would like to share some folders (not all the workspace) with external emails (not from my organisation) and it is not possible to do that in workspaces. In that case I need to use your new functionality with the shared folders (to share the as public).

Unable to share files with collaborators
Unable to share files with collaborators from zoho docs. When I use the share with "collaborators only" by adding their email address and then pressing share nothing happens. An email is not received and they are not added to a collaborators list. The same issue exists when using the share using a password. Cannot log-in, says "Account Inactive"
Hello, I am also having this issue with my students' accounts. On Friday I had 32 students sign up to zoho however today none of them can access it, it says that their accounts are inactive. Horizontal alignment is not working

How To Create Workspace In Docs?
I'm not seeing any way to create a workspace in Docs. I watched this video on it, but I don't have the same options for whatever reason. Email notification
I have a folder for our organization that is shared out to about 8 users. We have one user that we receive Zoho notifications from for check-ins/check-outs. None of the other user accounts send any notifications. I can't seem to find the setting to turn this off for the user whose account is sending out emails.

I have shared a file (.mp4) and when someone opens the link (via shared link and password) they only get the option to download the file -- no option to view it -- with the message: "Preview not available" When I share a whole folder with someone (via a shared link and password) they are able to view the .mp4 files. New Folder limits? & Moving folders to other work spaces?
Hi, I have been using Z Docs for a year now and this month i notice i am unable to create any more folders with a folder of a work space (limited to 10?) i am then also unable to create a another folder within the work space "Reached limit". This is a massive problem for me as i save all my customers details in their own folder and specific to each month so i can find them easily. Is this a new feature as i have lots of folders in my work space (Jan, Feb, Mar.....) and have never had any problems

Formatting on my merge document keeps changing
I am working with a client taking them to ZOHO CRM and I have converted most of their documents but their proposal docs are 10 pages and they have a lot of formatting. I get it the way I want and upload it. When I merge it is changes a couple of the formats (colors) in the merge fields and column heading orientation. I am using MS Word and have tried it from both the potentails view and using the merge template in MS Word and get the same results. Why can't my formats stick?

Fully Deleting Users from an Organization
For testing I created two free personal accounts, and added them as users to the organization in my real Premium account, before rolling the system out to real users. Now I'm done testing them and I want to close the test accounts. I can deactivate them as users in the organization, but not completely remove them. Cannot open PDF documents?
Has anyone else encountered this? It looks like it will open and gives me the standard "Open" or "Save" dialog box, but clicking on either one just closes the box and window and nothing happens. I can still open PDF's from other sites without any issues. Is there a setting I need to change???
Delete Template
I just want to delete some damn templates from "My Templates" on Zoho Writer. Why isn't this really easy to figure out how to do? I demand an immediate answer on how to do this.
