Issues with Zoho Docs
Hi, I have availed a Free Zoho account for mails which come with Zoho docs 5Gb /user storage. The users that I have created have a few concerns with sharing docs and working on them. 1) Firstly unable to share files to external email accounts(i.e outside Zoho domain) 2) When I try the share feature multiple times some of the id's zoho docs accepts and shows that the user has read write access however there is no notification that goes to the external user of the shared file. 3) One of the users

Limitations of the free version

Search Result List
Search feature is great, but it would be very helpful if results included "File Location". One can't discriminate among files with similar or duplicate file names. Clicking on Properties does not help to identify the location, either. Cheers!

File and Folder Sharing - Log of access
I need to securely distribute documents to people outside my organization and keep a log of who received the documents and when. The people receiving the documents will change on a case-by-case basis. I see in the User Guide that it is pretty simple to set up secure sharing. However, I don't see any mention of there being any logging feature. Does ZOHO Docs have a logging feature, and is it available to me? Does ZOHO have a feature that will email me to tell me when the files are accessed?

Hey, Zoho Docs seems really promising for some online collaborative writing tasks, but I can't start actually using it before I can download a Zoho doc and let it appear **exactly** identical in Microsoft Word. Lost my documents after renaming folders on my computer.
I was renaming my Zoho Docs folders by renaming the folders synced to my computer via the desktop app. The app froze before or during this, and after I relaunched it and let it synchronize, all the documents stored in those folders disappeared. Webpage background changes when I embed a document?
I have had a document on my webpage for over a year with no issues. I updated to the new writer, and now my background on the webpage seems to be following the embed code rather than the header code of the html page? I am embedding the file into a table.... so I thought that would do it. But no luck? Any ideas?
WHITE BOTTOM BORDERS

How to overwrite shared document
Hi I've been granted : 'Read,Write' on a document. I downloaded the document that was shared to me, made changes and tried to upload it back. But the only place I can upload back is under my own folders. I thought that since I am granted 'Read, Write' on that shared document, therefore I should be able to overwrite the shared document? Or am I missing something? I am trying to overwrite the document that was shared to me so others who have also been shared can see my changes to the shared document.
Format of Zoho Mail Merge Docs
Hello, We currently use Mail Merge in Zoho and the templates are made in Microsoft Word (we prefer this to Zoho docs). Recently all the formatting of the docs goes completely wrong when we mail merge! This means we have to manually amend each document after the mail merge process (which of course, ruins the whole point of mail merge in the first place!). This is happening with old docs (that were previously fine), and for new documents uploads or edited. Font changes, logos disappear and tables shift

I'm new to this zoho. It fixed what I can't do with google docs, but my problem is when I click on share and publish to public info and when the page display it display correctly except the template isn't its correct position. Insert Image Copy and Paste
Working with Zoho Docs for collaboration on editing a paper with multiple authors as well as using WizCiteWeb. I typically will do a screen capture on OSX to grab a figure and was able to copy and paste into the doc using Firefox. Everything seemed to be working. Images showed up etc. Came back to the doc a week later and the images were gone. What I suspect is that I probably rebooted the computer so the local clipboard reference was gone. After inserting an image my expectation was that Zoho Docs
Zoho docs link question
I've uploaded my pdf product catalog to zoho docs folder and have made it public so any of my customers can download it. When I make an update to the catalog and re-save the pdf will the original link that I sent to my customers be the same ? I want to keep this link valid for a long time using the same catalog name to monitor how people are downloading it. Thanks Steve

No editing on iOS makes Zoho Docs useless to me
Just wanted to let Zoho know that. . I particularly need rich text or word doc editing. It looks like a great service, but not being able to edit my docs on my phone makes it 100% useless, and I will not be subscribing.
Sharing docs to external user
In Zoho docs there is the possibility to share documents to non-Zoho users. It is also possible to change the document access from view to edit. However, the person receiving the link is only allowed to view that document but not to edit it, even though I activated the 'Edit' button before sending the link. Can you please have a look at it?
