Document templates for Japan
Good afternoon, I have a request for a change on the packing slip template so as to fit the Japanese Market. In Japan 3 documents are quite important in a sale : The estimate, Mitsumorisho, 見積書 The packing slip, Nouhinsho, 納品書 The invoice, seikyuusho, 請求書 So the initial Sales Order document is not transmitted. In the packing slip it is mandatory to show the price, so until now I have used the SO and given it another title. But I am facing now packages that are incomplete (products out of stock).

Best Practices - Sales Order / Invoices integration in Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory
Hi Guys, Fairly new to the Zoho CRM landscape and recently started dabbling with Zoho Inventory. I find some features of it to be more useful than Zoho CRM (order delivery tracking etc.), but find it odd that a sales order/invoice created in CRM does not automatically sync and show up in Zoho Inventory (or the other way around). Does anyone have a solution or best practice method that they currently use? Thanks.

Editing associated items on a composite item after transacting

While composite items are functionally working to manage this, we are running in to a growing problem in that line items and quantities associated to composite items cannot be modified once the composite item has been transacted in any way. Am I right that it is not possible to get or set warehouse name for Sales order line items via API? If so perhaps that functionality already on the roadmap? It is not possible to build external reporting/dashboard solution without possibility to find out warehouse name,

When goods are received we book them in against the relevant purchase order but Inventory doesn't allow us to raise packing notes until the purchase order has a bill created for it. Add Email Template For When Order Ship Out

eBay Syncing Description & Image
Although items listed on eBay are successfully syncing, Inventory does not pull the description and first image. Can these two fields be mapped so they are imported each time Inventory syncs? As it stands, the description has to be manually copied & pasted and an image manually uploaded, neither of which are efficient.
Give access to inventory numbers to outside sources
Good morning, My current business deals with intermediate businesses (websites, catalogues...) that sell our products. Is there a way to give them limited access to our database ? Ideally one page with the basic info of our products (SKU, Description...but NOT purchase price) and the current stock ? Provide Warehouse Report as Spreadsheet
Good day, I appreciate that Zoho Inventory provides a number of useful reports with the option to export them as spreadsheets (CSV or XLS). However, the Warehouse report does not provide this and I can't see a way to export our inventory levels separately for each warehouse. Adding Shipping Costs to purchase orders after booking in
Hi I need some help with adding shipping charges which our suppliers bill us for sending goods to our warehouse. These charges vary depending on the weight and size of what's being shipped so we never know how much this will be until we receive the invoice. I have a number of housekeeping functions which ideally need to be initiated manually. I would like to create a Control Panel with a number of buttons to initiate each function. I mainly create sales order and invoices on inventory so that I can also create packages and have my inventory adjusted. Hi, I got a problem, I started a zoho inventory account, got the paid version, but somehow, I can't activate the option to follow an item because it's already linked to a transaction. Should I use the Zoho Inventory API or Zoho Books API for Sales Orders
I need to import Sales Orders from my X-Cart ECommerce software into Zoho. Currently I import them into Zoho CRM because the items database allows for more custom fields. Sales orders status not refreshing in Zoho inventory
I am noticing that the sales orders status dashboard in Zoho Inventory is not refreshing properly. This is a recent phenomenon. For fulfilled orders, it shows only the Invoicing completion dot and the other 2 dots get refreshed only if I visit the order page and then come back to the dashboard. Similarly, for an order with an invoice voided in Zoho Books, the Inventory dashboard does not get refreshed even after I visit the order page as well as the invoice tab. Shopify integrations
can we have an option to Edit Shopify or other marketplace orders in Zoho? the orders do flow into Zoho, but the tax settings automatically change from inclusive to exclusive. Since the order cannot be edited, this makes the order unusable. hence, i have cut off Shopify. Any thoughts?
Package shipment has no telephone from contact
Hello, When creating a package and shipping of a sales order the telephone is not automatically copied from the contact into the "To Ship Address". How can I make the telephone in the To Ship Address be filled with the contact telephone without me having to write it manually? The rest of the address is correctly filled, just misses the telephone ... Thanks!
Zoho Inventory API - Examples Needed
I am about to implement a link to push Sales Orders from my X-Cart ECommerce platform to Zoho Inventory. The current documentation in the help system is very sparse and does not include enough detail to allow me to work out if I can: 1) Push Sales Orders in multiple currencies. For each item in the Sales Order, I need to be able to specify the Currency and Exchange rate. Is that possible? 2) Prior to pushing the Sales Order I need to check that the customer already has a Zoho Contact record.

Delivered Packages
Hi, In Inventory, Packaging Tab - the orders move from Packages Not Shipped to Shipped Packages and finally into Delivered Packages. I thought the orders would have cleared from this final section when the invoice was raised but my orders seem to be staying there indefinitely. Is this right and you have to manually delete the delivered packages or is there a problem with the system? Any help gratefully received.

ZOHO Inventory Update to Shopify not working
Products were created in shopify, sync'd and confirmed in ZOHO Inventory with initial inventory count of zero. PO was created and received in ZOHO inventory and counts were updated on the products in ZOHO inventory. The inventory count was not updated in Shopify though. I have performed manual sync and also waited 4+ hours, inventory counts in Shopify still don't reflect the values in ZOHO inventory. Any ideas to resolve and sync inventory levels?
