Suggestions for Deposts using Zoho Invoice
Hi there, Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can incorporate the collection of deposits using Zoho invoice? We are a language school and require a deposit of 30% to secure a place on our courses. However, when using Zoho invoice it only allows me to send an invoice/request payment for the full amount (cant change the amount in the check-out procedure). Anyone have any ideas for this? Broc

Mark as paid from list
So I have a spreadsheet of invoices from my bank that have been paid. How can I use that list as a search set so that I can mark them all as paid? Do I have to write something to use the API? Thanks for the help! Simon

I Would like to change the format of the billing adress as the postal code comes before the city in german and is in the same line. Like this: Company Adress 1140 Wien I already changed the order of the placeholder in the general preferences but still the order in the invoices is like this Wien 1140 How can i change this?

Export Expense Receipts
I like the "Expense" feature and the ability to upload directly the "Receipt". I use it to take a photo of my restaurant bills or to upload the PDF of my train/flight tickets. Customizing Zoho Invoices
Is there a way to customize invoices to include additional fields to track sales related information? I would like to include a field to track the salesperson for each invoice. Also to be able to create a sales report by salesperson. This would be invaluable to be able to export the report to Zoho Sheet to calculate commissions, etc. Is this currently doable in Zoho Invoice? Dear all, is it possible to create an invoice template where we get info (like names and addresses) from two different contact names from Zoho CRM? This is useful in case we want to add to the invoice information from the end-user (customer) and the distributor contacts (re-seller). Invoice task with start and stop times
I am wanting to show the start and stop time on each billable task in the invoice. Basicly, line item one date xxxxx start xx:xx-end xx:xx total hours x.xx. So far I can only get it to show date and total hours. Under the New Log Entry on the time sheet, I can enter the time frame but I want those times to show on the invoice So I am asking, is this possible or something in the works, One of my clients ask's for the time frame. I can do this in the notes but it is a duplication of effort.

Hello Team, I am new to Zoho Invoicing. I need help to add additional payment gateway for INDIAN users. Currently I only see Paypal as the option. I went in Settings > Integrations > Online Payment. Hi, we are using Braintree gateway on our website like on really easy e-shop. Client choose a product, fill the form and pay it through the Braintree. Late fees on desktop web version?
I see help articles that say there is a late fee option on the invoicing service - though my screens look nothing like the screens they show in the article. https://www.zoho.com/invoice/help/invoice/new-invoice.html I also see questions in the forum that say late fees are not available on the app, but I see nothing that confirms if the late fee option is available from the PC/web version. Am I missing something here? If this cannot add late fees to invoices, then this service is of no use to me.

How do I add a discount?
Hello, I have a custom invoice but I need to add a % discount to the invoice for one company. I have not been able to find how to do this. Hello, I'm a newbie to Zoho Invoice, and I'm really enthusiastic about it! I'm considering to subscribe standard or professional plan, but... It would be essential for me if I could generate recurring proforma with specific automatic numbering, different from invoices. I'm aware that there is no direct way to create a "Proforma Invoice" in Zoho Invoice, and as a workaround I can customize an estimate template, but when generating recurring invoices I can't select that template!!! Any idea for me?
If I sign up for a month can I then switch to yearly payments later?
There is functionality I need to see beyond the free edition and of course if I shape the system to my needs I don't want to then lose all those customisations if I switch to yearly payments later. Cheers Fiona

Hi, I want to create an invoice per month, but display the details of hours spent in the project per week. I only have the choice between group by project (and I will have the hours spent during the whole month), or the detail of every timesheet submitted (and as I submit one per day, I have way to many lines).
