Question about moving to free plan
I am currently on the standard plan with 23 users, I want to cancel my subscription and move to free plan. What will happen to the users. In the free plan it is mentioned that you provide upto 5 users, what will happen to the user accounts? which 5 users will be active?
Zoho mail not receiving mail from wordpress hosted in Godaddy
My domain name and hosting is from Godaddy, here is my address http://vikingbizph.com/ This is made from wordpress, when I tried to post a comment, my zoho mail didnt receive anything from my wordpress site. Email Address Not Found Error 550
I have configured update the MX records, SPF and DKIM as per the guidelines and I have all the ticks checked under the domain verification yet am not receiving emails. Zoho IMAP glitch with Workspace Infomaniak client
So, it turned out that after I disable the IMAP completely there are no longer random scrambled character in our e-mail. Zoho says it is Infomaniak issue, when I asked Infomaniak they said it Zoho's problem. However, they way I see it it is my problem, since I'm the one who cannot see Customer e-mailing history, nore anything important related e-mails. Can't receive email from gmail accounts
I just setup Zoho mail but cannot receive email from gmail accounts. However I can receive email from Yahoo accounts. I can successfully send email from Zoho mail to Yahoo and gmail accounts. Zoho mail no longer works with Outlook on Android devices
I have been using zoho mail within outlook on my android phone for many years however this past 6 months my zoho mail account keeps getting deleted from outlook. Each week I have to re add the zoho account. This has been a real pain. Now however also I am unable to even add it. I see on the internet many others are having this same issue. Cannot resume failed email migration
I tried to migrate my emails from gmail into zoho which failed due to space issues. I have deleted a lot of emails from gmail and now wish to resume migration, I click resume and get a message "Migration failed to resume". So I though I would delete the migration and try again, but selecting the user and choosing delete I get a message "User not allowed to delete in this state" - the status is suspended. Can' send/receove emails over 3G/4G (mobile network)
I have a curious problem: Whenever I'm not connected to Wifi, I cannot send/receive emails from my Zoho account. Other accounts from different providers work and general data/internet works as normal. As soon as I connect to Wifi, it works again.
